房間寬敞，有好大嘅空間。最好是有洗衣乾衣設備，還有一個曬衣架，非常貼心。廚具夠用和前台服務員非常友善。但清潔還需改善。

房間很大很乾淨！附近小販中心很多東西吃也有超市。還有游泳池。唯一缺點是房間打掃一週兩次。其它都很棒。 附近捷運站走路大約8-10分鐘。

酒店式公寓，酒店设施完备，客房宽敞舒适，周边有华人开的便利店，餐馆生活方便，属于高档住宅小区，有基本的厨房设施可以自己做饭，最近的地铁站克拉码头有1.5公里，适合家庭出游！

Ok residence. They can do better with the gym, the swimming pool and the communal area. Staff is there but absent at the same time.

Nice place to stay

Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is appalling. Night male manager rude Day lady manager very polite, accommodating and makes effort out of her way to improve the quality of the stay. She’s the only saving grace for this “hotel”. I would call it a hostel at the risk of disrespecting good hostels.

The room was so damp on our arrival that the floors were soaking, the bedding was soaking, the air con wasn’t working and it was so smelly it was just gross. We left for an appointment and told them that we did not want to stay in such a wet room and we hoped they had a new room for us when we got back, they said the air con was a known issue (so they knew it was not being aired). When we returned they fixed the air con, changed the sheets and gave us two fans and a man air purifier but would not give us a different room. It was an awful scary, our stuff was wet and it just stank the whole time. They just shrugged when we raised it again. In general the room was as described but the cooking set up was very poor and they said that only light cooking was permitted (whatever that meant). The noise deadening/ insulation is non-existent - The positioning of the pool meant that you have to listen to the pool sounds in a closed space as the apartments all surround it/ creates an echo chamber. People are entitled to enjoy the pool but it is difficult to be in your apartment during the day as it was deafening. Ditto if you happen to be situated near the lift or if there are crying children near you (although I’m sure it was worse for them). We never got a decent sleep the entire time and we had to be careful not to slip on the constantly wet floors. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Its an older building but kept in good condition and well maintained and clean

The property was an excellent no fuss serviced apartment. Located close to Robertson Quay and walking distance to Fort Canning MRT. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A bit out of the way for food, shopping and transport (compared to a lot of Singaporean hotels) but pleasant, clean and quiet. Facilities are a bit old and basic (the gym is just a few treadmills and single multigym) but functional. Room size is excellent (for Singapore), but bear in mind that the single bathroom (with shower only) is accessed through the bedroom for the "Deluxe" room type.

Idris was very helpful, so was Fika.

This was a great place to stay in if you want accommodations that don’t feel like you’re in a hotel – makes for a more local experience. It has a pool, gym and function room so it’s great for active professionals. Loved the greenery around the property too. It’s great for a longer-term stay – there was a washing machine and stove in my room. It’s within a 10-min walking distance of MRT stations so it’s fairly convenient. But if you have physical conditions that make it difficult to walk, you might need to consider taking a taxi / Uber / Grab instead.

Good and value for money

Short walk to public transportation, several restaurants and grocery store. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. Liked having a washer/dryer in our unit. A/C felt great after heating up outside! We would stay here again.

The customer service was non-existent. It was clear they were only interested in taking our money

Centrally situated near Attractions and Clarke Quay

Great location and great lay-out for a small 1 bedroom and large bathroom. Good value compared to other services residences in the area. They allow animals unlike many serviced residences.
