Park Avenue Changi

Great location if attending a conference at expo or if you need to stay near the airport. Far from downtown, so not good if you are visiting touristic places.

Located in the business district with lots of places to eat. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

We’ve stayed at Park Avenue Changi previously during business trips and will be return customers. Next to Expo, one stop from the airport by train, makes it super convenient for overnight stops. The 1-bedroom suite (graciously given an upgrade) has every amenity for a longer stay: kitchenette, laundry, living space separate from bedroom, small dining/work table. Pool area is comfortable. Breakfast is available on-site. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk away. We had no issue getting a Grab taxi to the Orchard area, but the train ride back was even shorter. This hotel offers sleek, modern convenience!

Brilliant area part of shopping complex

The hotel was conveniently located near shops and eateries. It was also only 10 minutes from the Changi International Airport, a short taxi ride, and a 2-minute walk to the subway station to downtown Singapore. The property needs an upgrade, as the lobby area looked old, dark, and dingy. The room was ok, but the shower/bathtub was awful and very difficult to get in and out of.

I have stayed at over 300 world-class hotels over the past 20 years, and I wish this hotel, which only cares about profits under the pretext of internal regulations, would disappear. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect place to stay in Changi

Lovely suite. Very comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff.

We needed a hotel near the airport that was clean with dining options and this hotel fit the bill. It was perfect.

Not too clean especially for the bathroom, but ok for 1 night stay for short transit that is closed to the airport.

Not the most up to date facilities but overall still good if you’re looking for something close to the airport.

Reception staff was terrible. Specially Sarah. This girl on her shift didn’t answer calls. We had to go down to reception at 10:00pm after we called her 6 times to book a wake up call and book a taxi to airport. After we went down and booked the wake up call , she did not do any wake up call or answer any reception calls or booked the taxi. We were scrambling to reach the airport. She should not be working there as she is not taking job responsibilities seriously.

I thought I had booked a twin with two rooms and got a double in one room

This is a very old building musty and mildew smell. The staff tried but the ac was terrible
