What I liked:-Accessibility. Very near 2 MRT stations and bus stop, easy to go anywhere.-Beds are firm, quite comfortable.-Breakfast was quite nice. Love the nuggets.-2 out of 3 front desk people were nice. What could be better:-Luggage storage for after check out was not guaranteed (front desk said it would be the guest's responsibility if anything happened, though I was still allowed to leave them at their back office). Never encountered this in other hotels, so was quite shocked.-Irons have some burnt bits and got transferred to my shirt when trying to iron. Was able to get 80% of the bits removed (shirt was not burnt, thankfully), but I didn't get to fully iron my shirt and they need to be cleaned or replaced to new ones.-Elevator broke down. Only got to ride it once after check-in. Thankfully I only had one small luggage and there were not many floors.-No amenities (no tooth brush, hair cap) Tips:-Prepare your own amenities.-Get high floor if not much luggage. Floors are wood, can get noisy for those in lower floors.-Don't check out early if planning to leave luggage.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, their hospitality was top-notch. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend Perak Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and friendly place to stay.

very happy to stay at perak hotel, location is near from mrt station and bus halte. the staff hotel is very friendly and helpful. the room bery clean and tidy. the breakfast not bad. i'm recomended it for ur travelling. worth it.

oke lah buat staycation menang karena dekat station

Di kawasan little india. Banyak pertokoan. Hotelnya kelihatan jadul, suasananya klasik. Tidak ada penjaga hotel di depan pintu, harus pencet bel jika mau masuk. Membaca review di traveloka ternyata memang kebersihannya sangat terjaga. Kamar betul-betul bersih, cukup luas dengan ukuran 18m2, ada teko dan kulkas juga brankas untuk kamar superior dan deluxe, lemari besar, cuma tidak ada sikat gigi di kamar mandi. Air hangat ada dan lancar. Lift nya semi manual, harus ditekan sepanjang perjalanan lift, staff hotel akan mengajari memakai lift untuk ke lantai 2 dan 3. Tidak masalah hanya tidak otomatis saja. Pesan kamar tanpa breakfast ternyata dapat breakfast, lumayan ada sandwich, nasi kuning, cereal, telur rebus, buah-buahan dan bisa request minuman. Di samping hotel ada resto india yang halal. Ada juga minimarket. Jalan agak jauh ada pasar juga. Dekat sekali dengan masjid Ghofur jalan kaki saja. Tidak ada azan. Recommended Untuk tempat menginap bersama keluarga, membawa orangtua karena dekat masjid, harga cukup terjangkau, lebih murah pesan dari traveloka. Ke pusat kota cukup dekat. Ada MRT dan terminal bus tapi mesti jalan kaki dikit. Pesan grab bisa sekitar 15-20 menit ke orchard. Staffnya cukup ramah, ada yang sangat ramah staf muslimah namanya Haniffa, selalu memberi informasi yang dibutuhkan, bisa berbahasa melayu. Bisa titip koper jika belum waktu check in dan checkout. Alhamdulillah puas menginap di sini. Terima kasih.

The hotel is strategically located, as it is close to MRT. They have good customer service, and the staff's English was excellent.

They didn't put their specific hotel rule on the OTA platform, they didn't explain it during check-in time. When I complained about how rude the reception was to my guest, didn't even allow him to sit at the lobby, they were arguing and didn't apologise until I checked-out.

Kamar bersih, dekat jalan besar, 2 menit ke Stasiun Rochor, staff ramah. Aseli nyaman banget.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very near to the MRT. The room is kind of small but clean. Hopefully can get more pillows for the room maybe?

We had a pleasant stay in Perak Hotel. Hotel Staff were excellent. Rooms were super clean. Will come back for a longer stay.

Dekat banget dengan net rochor. sarapan enak menu halal-halal, buah-buah roti, air juga bisa isi di hotel, pelayanan ramah banget. Hotel sudah tua tapi masih bagus dan bersih. Ruangan cukup kecil. Worth it banget sama harga.

The location is good, very close to Rochor MRT. But the room I've stayed was smelly, even the receptionist asked me if I smoke and wanted me to pay the penalty. But it turned out that the previous owner of my room was the one who smoke, so I didn't need to pay the penalty. The hotel also asked for $100 deposit fee and I couldn't pay it using credit card, they only received cash payment. Card key should be placed in the receptionist everytime I went out, no guests are allowed to enter my room after 10 pm (even it's my brother!).

standard simple hotel, oke for resting after tiring day. The best thing the allowed me to check in early at 8AM, thank you! nice simple breakfast with many halal food just around the corner. the MRT is just across the street 😉

although the room is small but it's very clean and comfort, they provide new clean towels everyday, the breakfast menu xoxo.. like bread, noodles, omelette, fruit, corn flakes coffe or tea.., the reception is very helpful and very kind, and you have to put SGD100 as deposit, the location is very easy going to everywhere near by the Rochor mrt st and Jalan Besar MRT st,to mustafa centre you just walk around 9 minutes and around the hotel there are a lot of halal restaurants... i'm satisfied stayed at perak hotel and worthed although with the low price

I love everything about this hotel. very recommended. location only steps away from Rochor MRT, very clean no smell, helpful staffs, breakfast are awesome !! surely will come back to this hotel!

Hotel yg rekomended banget.. Plusnya : dekat dua stasiun mrt yaitu rochor (10 meteran) mundur & stasiun mrt jalan besar (100 meter). Kamar bersih disediakan hair dryer, kalau mau keluar hotel kuncinya mesti dititipin takut hilang, sebelah kiri persis restaurant india halal, 50 meter dari hotel ada sevel (ada makanan halalnya), resepsionis nya ramah. Minusnya : ada deposit 100 dollar dikembalikan pada saat pulang, tidak disediakan air mineral jd mesti beli dulu, sarapan pagi non halal so far hotelnya lumayan dan dekat dengan transportasi umum plus tempat makan halal...

Nice hotel, very close to MRT. Rooms have no view, but if you just need a place to sleep you shouldn't care. Wifi in rooms is very poor, but in public area is good. Basic breakfast (fried rice/toast & eggs) included and day long coffee/tea. Check in was a breeze, only had to sign. Helpful and friendly staff.
