Fast check-in and out. Friendly receptionist. Spacious room. Clean room & bathroom. Nice city view. Perfect location between 2 MRT blue and yellow line. A lot of food stores around or walk just 10 minutes. Sweet-scented lobby. Reasonable price with the amazing location. Will be back.

May be time for a bit of a refresher, but the location is unbeatable. Bencoolen MRT is at the doorstep, and Bras Basah MRT is a stone's throw away. Dhoby Ghaut Interchange is also just a short walk from the hotel. Staff are efficient, polite, and helpful. The concierge is 5*: wonderfully helpful and friendly.

For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable full prepayment for all rooms is required during booking; this will supersede any payment terms for bookings made previously under Flexible and Refundable Policy

NO NAME CHANGE POLICY: Guest’s identification details indicated during booking is final and any changes thereafter will not be allowed.
ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN: Booking details must match the original identification documents provided by guest during check-in.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

The hotel is comfortable, cosy, and luxurious.
If you look closely, you will find accumulated dust at the aircon inlet vents, under the desk, that are not usually noticed.
Apart from the dust, ventilation is also weak. I found the bathroom still wet in the morning, like someone just took a shower before I wake up. So, if you do your own laundry and wanted to dry them in the room, you'll likely find them still wet by the end of your stay.
The hotel follows some green policy and asks the guests to reuse the towels. So, I hang them up to show I can reuse them, but when I'm back by the end of the day, they were replaced with fresh towels.
There is no USB charging port in the room, make sure to bring your own charger.

While the other amenities were nice and the bed was comfy, the things that stand out the most were the staff's superb attitude and especially the food choices in the club lounge during canape session . During the session, different scrumptious snacks were provided such as finger licking chicken wings, decadent chocolate opera cakes and chocolate tarts, which were surprisingly delicious. Other than that, it was great that there were different hot and cold beverages (from tea bags to soft drinks) and different choices of wine to select from. Though it would be better if the hotel could add coke zero or other sugar free drinks to accommodate more to the guests' needs and perhaps more local beverages such as Milo. Overall, it was an experience that was worth the recommendation.

The location of this hotel is very great. Bus or Trains are all around the hotel. The staff are very helpful and very nice. They let me check in at 12:00 noon and the day I back home they let me check out at 15:00. But you need to ask them wether they are arrange.

Lobby is pretty grand and spacious. I made a request of a two twin bed room on hotels.con but the staff wasn’t acknowledged about it until I reconfirmed with him. It took me 40 minutes of waiting to exchange with another room. Room is generally neat and tidy but a lot smaller and more worn than pictures shown on websites. Location is great with 3 metro stations nearby.

地點超級方便，mrt上去就是。服務生有禮，房間又大又舒服，但我訂的king size大床居然是2張double bed合併而成，一邊睡床會一邊分開，有點困擾。泳池工作人員會在客人還在游泳的時候清潔洗刷泳池感覺有點差。

Good hotel hotel, near the MRT, staff is friendly especially Mano, Melvine and Everlyn. Mano assists our checkin, he noticed that we would like to have the adjoining room and he found the rooms for us quickly and efficiently. Melvine provides us many information of City tours, he shows his professionalism. Ms Everlyn check us out who also works with smile. Hotel also arranged me a cake for my birthday. Highly recommended and I will be back next time.

Apart from the dust, ventilation is also weak. I found the bathroom still wet in the morning, like someone just took a shower before I wake up. So, if you do your own laundry and wanted to dry them in the room, you'll likely find them still wet by the end of your stay.
The hotel follows some green policy and asks the guests to reuse the towels. So, I hang them up to show I can reuse them, but when I'm back by the end of the day, they were replaced with fresh towels.
There is no USB charging port in the room, make sure to bring your own charger.
