Perfect days

The accommodation and staff were very friendly. However, upon check-in we needed to pay an extra 100 Singapore dollars per night to secure an additional bed. The booking was made for two adults and two children, however we will put in a room with two single beds! This is absolutely crazy, the accommodation for the fortnight in total was 1900 Singapore dollars to put that into Contacts, we are paying the same amount for 10 nights in Thailand with breakfast included! The breakfast was also extraordinarily overpriced at 160 Singapore dollars for a family of 4 to adults and two children! Resort was okay, not five star by any mean! Make sure you check your booking and that you have enough space to accommodate a full family of four people! Overall rating, 2 1/2 half out of five stars

Loved the stay!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our kids had an amazing stay. The personal touches and kid friendly amenities made them very happy. Conveniently located close to universal, water park and sea world. We got given free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark which the kids loved. Will definitely be staying again!

Hotel was ok … just another hotel though. I booked a room with pool view and a balcony … the room had about an inch of pool view and the balcony could not be used - locked … so there’s went my quiet reading and contemplation spot. Hotel crew were extremely good .. could not be faulted. Area as a whole felt sad … so much has gone from the immediate area while rebuilding. Food options were expensive or downright awful …. once everything reopens or redevelops i am sure it will go back to what I remembered years ago …

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ora. The level of service was the best I have ever experienced. From front desk, breakfast, room staff, pool and snacks. Nothing was trouble to the team. Amazing Thank you from my family of 6.

I don't normally give reviews, but I will when it is warranted. The customer service was second to none. A . Gabriella and her team were so accommodating and every one of our needs were met immediately without hesitation. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt. Again, Hotel Ora, Well done. You have a Super team of staff. Congratulations.

Very close to universal studio, unfortunately, since Jun 1, 2024, universal studio no longer allow re-entry for the same day, otherwise, it will be a great plus for this hotel. Breakfast is good.

All was great. Staff was helpful and hotel is in good location

Loved this location with short walk to everything - so easy to get around. The staff were all fantastic but a special mention to Josh who made the birthday stay very special with room decorations, chocolates, birthday cake and entry tickets to water park for everyone. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The family loved the pool area after hot days exploring. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return again one day.

Very good hotel near from sentosa attractions .No much food variety in sentosa . everything is expensive . It is good to stay in mainland and visit sentosa .it would be much cheaper and lot of malls you can visit

Every thing was perfect except they did not give me the 200 dollar deposit until now

They seem to still be ironing some processes, for instance we book for 4 people but the included breakfast is only for two... The room is supposed to be for 2 adults and 2 children, but actually only have one king size bed, not even a sofa is available in the room. That was then exceptionally sorted with an additional bed without charge (they haven't charged us, but normally would add 100 dollars per day to our bill). While not applicable to all, they have some amazing staff which are happy to go above and beyond what is expected (mainly thinking of Robin). The best thing is the hotel is very close to universal studios. Finally don't expect 5 star hotel food service or restaurants on premises. So is really a mixed review. Just to help to adjust any expectations

All staff is friendly and helpful. Will come back to stay in this hotel again.
