The room is spacious. Rate also relatively cheap. Big TV with Netflix access. Food & 7-11 nearby. Staff is helpful. Would love to stay again next time!

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all cost. The reception staff was rude, and shouted over the phone. Soundproofing is bad as the music via the corridor can be heard in your own room. The air conditioner in each room is programmed to shut after 6 hours of continuous of usage.

Recommended because places in the city.

My room was located in the basement as I booked the cheaper room without window. The room was pretty big and spacious. Reception can be a little slow in the room likely cause the room is in basement (not an issue to me though) Lots of food choices around the hotel.

Though I had made reservation early, was dissapointed the staff say that I cannot have a unit on 1st floor onwards and only have a unit at basement. The unit is small, at one corner nearby to the room where staff store topup for toiletories. Idid a booking and, confirmation given but why there is no proper room given. Overall the hotel is clean & good but we are like in a cell at basement.

Check in and out is super fast. Everything was fine with me except for the booking of the pool. Maybe upon check-in they should inform us to make early booking as I was given a 8am slot on my last day stay.

Great for a short staycation. Reception & service staff were very helpful & prompt. Swimming pool needs to be booked (1h/room/day) & it's great because it feels like having your own private pool. In-room television even has Netflix!

Awesome room! Staycationed there on NYE and the room was clean and pleasant!

Service was OK. Location also OK, a 7-11 behind and many cafes around. Room is small and walls are thin. Clean and decent comfort but TV is old and small. Only got a pool.

This Hotel was perfect, it was very convenient for my family and me to go to Church (Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ophir Rd) and for our meals. Very Satisfied.

I like the way the hotel is design inside. I could prepare myself in the bathroom. The lights are very well litted up. I could use my lens, make up, wash up. The heater is simple to manage. The towels are changed daily. Save me the hussle of bringing my own. The arm chair is very comfortable. I didn't feel discomfort on my right hip op. The customer service staffs are very helpful, polite, friendly, kind. The location is very convenient. We could have our meals outside. Go to church daily. We enjoyed our staycation. We had a very restful, meaningful, safe, fun staycation.

Rather expensive for a hotel of this standard. Room was OK. But location was very good. Haji lane definitely a place to hang out and drink something.

The Malay reception guy was so nice and helpful! The pool was amazing for private family time and wish could have more than a hour there. The room was pretty small for a 3 bedder and the toilet flush was leaking which is an easy fix though. Eating around the area was hard too many good halal food and night crowd was so happening. Parking was limited but free and overall still worth the price discount from the app!

Overall stay was good, arrive 1hr earlier and check in was smooth. Swimming Pool has to book at their receptionist. Family room was located beside the hotel. Room was spacious, aircon, bed, water heater in good condition. The only setback was the bathtub can't really fill up as there/s leaking at the side but still manageable. A lot of eateries around the area and 7-11 across the road. Will come back if there's a chance.

Checked in was a breeze. Customer service need to be improved though. But OK la we are not a fussy family. Brought 4 families with me and we enjoy every moment. The Malay guy at the reception is nice and friendly. Swimming pool is a bit small but we enjoyed it so much. No lifeguard swim at your own risks! Haha. Food can be found everywhere near the hotel. Overall a good stay 7/10.

I had a fully splendid staycation here starting from the helpful guy at the front desk to the room, I was amazed that I got the balcony room but sadly we need to boom a slot for the swimming pool but it was raining throughout my stay so I didn't boom. It's worth the amount paid.

Family room is at another building which is 2 storey without lift. Room was very spacious. Flooring was those wooden type so there 's some noise when walking. Location was convenient and food choice no problem.

Clean room. Good location. Easy accessible to look for foods. Convenient. Enjoy very much stay there.

My first staycay here. Very fast check-in. Polite and friendly staff. Immediate respond upon our request. Along the corridor smells lemon grass makes me feel like walking into a spa. So soothing. Thumbs up. Thank you Rest Bugis Hotel.
