Reception hours are 7-11am(for guest to check out/ for check in guests to leave luggage) and 4-8pm (for check-in) Late check in after 8pm is chargeable at S$8 per booking (8pm to 12 midnight) and $16 per booking (after 12 midnight). Prior arrangement required.
Check-out time: 11am. One night's stay will be chargeable for late check out past 11am.
If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(7am to 11am on the check-in date) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 7am to 4pm on your check-in day. If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 8pm.
The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (21:00 to 09:00). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.
To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted.
Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.
S$20 per key is chargeable in the event of loss or damage.
Hostel doesn't accept guests below 12 years old in the dormitory room

This place uses double-decker beds. When the person above tosses and turns at night, the whole bed shakes, and your sleep, if in the bottom bunk, will tend to be disrupted.

Kaget banget ini di lantai 4. Bau apek lembab kayak pengungsian. Handuk bayar lagi. Ranjang reot. Seprai bersih sih. Hening, tapi jadinya kereotan bed dan locker bikin ga nyaman. Panik kalau bikin noise.

Location wise is very strategic, easily jumping to Clarke Quay MRT. Convenient 7 Eleven in front and restaurants in the neighborhood. Just, please read the rules carefully, I missed the point that late check in will be causing extra pay. Due to flight delays etc., we had to check in around 11pm and had to pay the fine per person. Since it is on the 4th floor, make sure you are up for it. Not really bad, despite the neighbor on the 3rd floor making the whole corridor a bit complicated so we had to hold breath while passing that. We chose the mixed bedroom with 10 beds, the bed was comfortable and it had a locker next to it. Shared bathrooms were clean and accommodating, they provided soap and shampoo, also sandals to use. There are fridge and eating utensils you can use. Common space is not really big but okay. Ms. Rita the reception was really sweet. She helped us with lots of recommendations, lent her umbrellas, allowed us to hang around after check out and even let us leave our bags afterwards in between flights.

This hostel is great. Everything works so smooth. The resepsionis are also so good, I remember the Indian lady and the Chinese gentlemen. They are so good to me. Thank for the wonderful night.

I've enjoyed my stay here. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is so so friendly and always available if you have trouble or need anything. I will definitely comeback here when I visit Singapore next time.

Pihak hotel sangat ramah dan sangat peduli juga penjelasannya sangat detail dan ramah semua di sediakan sangat memuaskan untuk pelayanannya dan terlebih. MRT juga merlion tinggal jalan kaki saja sangat recommended sekali tempatnya di jamin liburan di singapore dengan tempat yang sangat strategis sekali.
