房间很小，又黑了。

入住这家酒店最糟糕的体验。以下是主要缺点： 1. 清洁度极差。入住时发现床上有一堆头发，明显房间没有打扫过。 2. 门户网站上的图片与实际房间完全不同。 3. 房间没有窗户，自然采光不足。 4. 酒店方面表示，房间每3天清洁一次。 5. 床罩每3天更换一次。 6. 水瓶需要多次索要。 最糟糕的酒店体验。

旁边就是 7-11 便利店。周围有很多餐馆。

Good location and very recommended for atay in ypur holiday times.

Staf hotel ramah dan membantu dalam menyiapkan kamar, sehingga kami merasa puas.

We came to SG for watch Seventeen Concert in National Stadium Singapore. We love the location of this hotel. Near the stadium and a lot of food stalls and restaurants. For people who come to SG only to go to a concert in the national stadium, I think this hotel is a perfect place. Even though this is an old hotel, and you have to use the staircase to go to your room on the second floor, this hotel is clean and safe. We will come back here if one day we come to SG to watch a concert in the national stadium again.

Cozy place, clean, exclusive place, easy to get public transport.

There was a big Croacroach at bathroom a scary one. Also the smoke coming into my room from the smoker otherwise my room 19. Would be coming back. Location was not convenient. Wasting too much time on transport.

Not Suitable for Family, but suitable for lovers.

Small room but nice on budget. The receptionists (3 ladies) very helpful with good advice. Nice location, bus stop stations so close and tasty food vendors nearby.

Very friendly receptionist, very close to the bus station and MRT. 1 minute to Seven Eleven, the hotel room is clean. Room is not big but at least it's comfy, very recommend for people who come for concert in Singapore.

Kebetulan ada acara di dekat hotel jadi pilih hotel ini. Hotelnya di atas ruko-ruko bangunan lama, tapi sangat terawat. Kamarnya rapi dan bersih. Luasnya seperti hotel-hotel Singapura pada umumnya, cukuplah. Baru kali ini juga lihat hotel di sini yang kamar mandi dan WC terpisah jadi dua kamar. Yang lain standar, kopi, teh, handuk, sabun, air panas, TV, dan sebagainya. Yang agak unik mungkin hotelnya dibagi jadi dua bangunan terpisah. Jadi kami check in di satu bangunan, dan diantar ke bangunan di sebelahnya. Oya, bangunan yang kedua tidak ada lift jadi harus naik tangga. Kalau pas dapat kamar yang di sini siap-siap angkat koper saja.

ฉันจองห้องพัก 1ห้องสำหรับ 3คน ผู้ใหญ่ 2 และลูกชายอายุ 11ปี 7เดือนกับอีก 5วัน ตอนเช็คอิน ฉันถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่ม อีก 65s$ สำหรับลูกชาย พนักงานแจ้งว่าลูกชายของฉันอายุ12ปี ฉันบอกว่ายังไม่ครบ 12 ปีจะบอกว่า 12ได้ยังไง แต่พนักงานยังอ้างเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายโรงแรมของสิงคโปร์ ซึ่งฉันบอกว่าไม่เคยทราบมาก่อนและไม่เคยได้รับแจ้ง ไม่มีระบุรายละเอียดเรื่องนี้ในแอพที่จองโรงแรม ฉันจำยอมจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม ได้หมอนมา 1ใบ ผ้าเช็ดตัว 1ผืน เสียความรู้สึก พอขึ้นไปบนห้องพบว่าเตียงเล็กมาก ต้องนอนเบียดสลับหัวเท้ากัน 3คน ห้องแคบมาก แทบไม่มีที่เดิน ไม่มีหน้าต่าง รู้สึกอึดอัดมากตลอด 2คืน 3วัน ห้องน้ำแคบจนปิดประตูไม่ได้ ยืนอาบน้ำขยับตัวไม่ได้ เพราะตัวจะชนฝาผนังที่มีแต่เชื้อราขึ้นตามขอบกระเบื้อง ผ้าปูเตียงนอนแล้วคัน สถานที่ทำเลดี พนักงานให้บริการพอใช้ แต่คิดว่าสภาพโรงแรมไม่สมกับราคาที่จ่ายไป นี่คือความรู้สึกส่วนตัวและเหตุการณ์ที่เจอมา

Very good services-room very nice-clean.

Clean room, good for short trip, near the bus stop, easy to find food and drinks.

Room is small & smelly. No window. I only able to stay there for 1 hour maybe less, then I check out. There is yellow stain in the bed sheet once you open the bed cover 😅 not sure what it is. Was planning to book for family once they are coming to sg but luckily I experienced myself, so I have options to pick other hotel next time. Hehe and the receptions can be more sincerely friendly, not just handling guest based on SOP. Thank you.

Clean room, very good location lots of restaurants outside and bus stop, friendly staff.

Place was decent but staff was a bit shady to"force"you to come back to pay a forfeit for soiled linen. They could have just be outfront to inform the truth and not to say things like"You left your stuff here. Please come and collect."And I really left my stuff there. The receptionist just said"Throw away already."You can ask for forfeit but can't help to keep items? Shady af.

Receptionist tidak Ramah, saya sudah request early check in tetap tidak bisa masuk kamar. Kami diharuskan membayar early check-in sebesar sgd 535. Kamar tidak dirapikan selama kami menginap 2 malam 3 hari. Sampah menumpuk, kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di photo.
