Good for a quick overnight layover in Singapore. Located in the Jewel shopping centre. Staff are friendly, rooms are small as expected but functional. No windows on any room.

Bed was not built for people over 1.8m but comfortable anyway.

Good airport hotel in Jewel Mall in Changi Airport. Quite expensive.

It was pricey for what it was. bed wasn't comfortable. Very clean and location is good if you are flying in or out of Terminal 1.

Staff were friendly, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice and small hotel in central Singapore

The smaller room suits a single guest and a short stay. Two suitcases would not have worked. Room was clean the bed very comfortable .. it suited me for the short layover in Singapore and gave me the opportunity to explore Changi and all it has to offer. Would book to stay again

Rooms too small for couples -only suited to solo travellers. Given the premium price, not a premium experience. Backpacking level at best.

A great quick hotel for a few hours in the airport. Small room but it's designed to be a transit hotel so it works perfectly. We both had room even with our luggage.

1. Expensive, 2. Poor bathroom design resulted in water splashing onto the floor outside the shower recess and created an unsafe slippery situation, 3. No hand towels provided, 4. A/C did not work properly resulting in an extremely warm room to sleep in with no windows to let in cooler outside air.

High priced box room. Bed was terrible, staff at checkin was unhelpful, all rooms have no windows... it is a japanese short stay hotel when we needed a normal hotel, as it was advertised on-line. No way to store bags at checkout... simply nothing positive about this property.

It’s a neat setup walkable from the airport terminals. Though the room is very small, it’s very space efficient. The only problems were 1) the toilet bowl made a leaking water noise that woke me up in the middle of the night (fortunately closing the sliding glass door of the bathroom muted the noise), and 2) the room temperature was too hot even after setting the thermostat at the coldest possible setting (21 degree Celsius).

A bit small for 2 people, but plenty of room for one.

This hotel is extremely convenient, located right in the terminal for easy access. While the room is on the smaller side, it's perfectly suitable for a solo traveler with a suitcase. Although there are no windows, it's ideal for a quick stay to sleep before your next flight. The gym is impressive and well-equipped, making it a great place to unwind.
