The entire resort and my room did not have Air conditioning. I requested to switch my room and they kept giving us the run around. Never happened! The service was awful for the money you pay was not worth it and don't plan to return. The workers do not know how to treat guests they don't even acknowledge you with a greeting. Not worth it!!!

We loved our stay - the food was delicious, kids’ club and activities superb and beach beautiful. Hope to come back

The property was nice but did not give us the overall great experience we are accustomed to with all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. The staff were not very friendly or helpful.

The best thing about this property was the staff! 100% if you are visiting please know they will treat you right. Especially bartender Michael I believe his name was spelt at the oasis pool as soon as you enter the pool area and Caesar the pool attendant. Caesar really made our days brighter so shout out to him and Michael the swim up pool bartender. Ask the staff about excursions and best spots, they’re all local and have the best advice!

Love the proximity to airport and the ability to walk around outside the resort. Pools were great....many choices of types of food. Very nice place for a quick get away

Beautiful site. Bartenders were less than enthusiastic, but we were part of the few people tipping and by day 3 they figured it out.

Our recent stay at Sonesta Maho all inclusive was unfortunately marred by significant hygiene and service concerns. A pervasive and unpleasant sewage odor was noticeable throughout the property, including the hallways, pool areas, and even on our balcony, which greatly detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the dining experience was disappointing. We found the food to be largely tasteless, and its presentation raised serious sanitation concerns, particularly with uncovered serving containers for milk and visible flies around the buffet. The 'bottom-shelf' liquor selection also diminished the quality of the all-inclusive offering. Service, regrettably, fell short of expectations, with staff generally appearing unfriendly. While daily room cleaning was provided, the floors remained consistently dirty, and the bathroom exhibited noticeable mold, further compromising our comfort.

The staff’s attitudes need work they seem very annoyed and bothered. The dining takes no reservations and has long waits for everything ! The resort is beautiful the beach is clean the food is mid good . Next to lots of other things. They have late night menu that ends around 1am that’s a plus . A tip I would add is expanding their entertainment and adding more activities and even games such as BINGO or things like that . This is my 2nd time at this resort and I can say the 1st time which was post Covid was better ! But over all the island is great the people I’ve in countered have been friendly and welcoming .

Very beautiful . Clean n easy access to everything . Simple check in no problems

Resort is so convenient next to airport. Check in/out was smooth and was accompanied with a welcome drink & cool towel and bell hop service to hold bags after check out. Lobby staff was friendly, service staff was just ok and mostly seemed annoyed. Room was nice but shower design not the best. Water ran out of shower into entry hallway, needed 2-3 towels to contain flow in bathroom. Fridge in room could’ve been colder. Food was average resort food to be accommodating. Drinks were good. Overall was a good experience.
