Great rooms and very nice beach

Wonderful stay. My 3rd visit to this resort. Love the bay access.

Every thing you need ‼️😎

Property had many amenities around. Restaurants were close by, grocery store and casino a few steps away. The resort was a 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen. We did not utilize kitchen fully. Very quiet with a beautiful ocean front view with large balcony. Pool was refreshing and lounge chairs always accessible. You could book day cruises and also ferries to nearby islands just a short walk away. All in all this resort provided everything we needed.

The two bedroom villas are spacious. The view from the deck is amazing.

Everything you need right at the resort though there are several other restaurants within walking distance. The staff are Coco Beach bar are the best!!

First time at the resort and would definitely return. The resort is very well maintained! The room was spotless and any minor issues were addressed instantly. The staff at the pool bars and replay were friendly and amazing! Overall a great two weeks at the Villas at Simpson Bay.

Solid property for 2 adult parents and 2 adult ‘children’. It’s a little dated and some details hold back from 5 stars. Would give them a 4.4 stars if we could. We had a 2 bedroom A/B unit which was perfect for 4. Nice sunset bay and pool views. Good kitchen. Easy parking. Good restaurants on site. Market on site. Casino was fun. Easy walk into main area of Simpson Bay. Pool towels were hard to come by. Watch for ants in the room and around the property. All in all a positive experience and would stay again, though.

Lots entertainment options within walking distance. Taxi is cheap or catch ferry to French side to explore and stop by Bistrot Caraibes for a lobster with Therimador flavor. You’ll thank me later.

We had a lovely stay at Simpson Bay Villas. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and well maintained. View from the balcony is stunning. The location was perfect as there are lots of bars n restaurants nearby . Staff were attentive and friendly. We ate at La petrona on site( Mexican) which was nice but a little expensive. We enjoyed a lovely meal at Izi Italian restaurant which was not on the resort, you can walk to if reasonably mobile. It was absolutely delicious and defo recommended. Lots of nice places nearby for breakfast and lunch. The Greenhouse was good value and Zeebest was nice too . Great holiday and great accomodation ..

Checked all the boxes for a relaxing, carefree stay. Staff was friendly and Mayelin at Coco beach was fun and attentive.

Great property, everything was exactly as was described when we did the booking. Clean, quiet, great ocean views.

Everything is perfect!! Beautiful resort, nice staff!! Tons of restaurants & bars near by! Beach is absolutely bluutiful!! Loved the kitchenette room & view!!

Very obnoxious to arrive at 6 pm then get told rudely that I can’t stay an hour past the 10am checkout
