Very nice hotel, staff friendly, dinner very good. Breakfast excellent.

I was missing soap in the hotel room for the two days there. Not fixed even after I told the staff.

The sunshine in the morning was too strong, suggested to change to black-off curtains for better confort

Nízké postele. Tenké zdi, přes které jde slyšet opravdu všechno :/

移動中の夜中に宿泊。チェックインの時間が遅かったにもかかわらず、急遽対応いただく。

Very posh to say the least. I got there very late so all I could do was have a quick pint then have nose around, it's more of a suit and tie place (me I prefer boots, jeans and a old t-shirt) good place if you love golf and want to look fancy in the evening in the drawing room with a sniff of brandy.

Okolie Kremnice je výborné hlavne ak máte radi lyžovanie a kúpanie. K tomu keď sa pridá výborná strava, milí personál tak je z toho super dovolenka.. Výborný dojem pokazila slabá informovanosť (o niektorých možnostiach ako tráviť voľný čas v hoteli sme sa dozvedeli až poslednú noc) a miestami slabšia organizácia najmä u čašníkov.. Ale aj tak nás hotel príjemne prekvapil a na budúcoročnú zimnú dovolenku (možno Silvester) sa tam pravdepodobne vrátime.

Quite ok hotel with pleasant people and service, even the location was somewhat remote.

Nice little hotel with the chef who cooks good and you can have a chat with.

The room is large and clean, but its carpet is worn-out. The hotel is at the bottom of a cliff and to be accessed through a narrow ramp by the side of road. We had to drive down the steep ramp very slowly, otherwise our rental car could be scratched by the over-grown bushes on the side of ramp. We booked a 3-people room, but the 3rd bed was not made until we asked. Wifi was so weak in the room that we had to go to lobby to get on internet. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there were many children living on the 2nd floor, watching soccer game. So it's very noisy for a couple of hours.
