Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything

We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid.
The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. At this price i would'nt recommend staying there.

the penzion was as expected from photos and price, so that was fine as we just stayed overnight. but the room was cold, i estimate 15 degree, the small electric heater didnt help so it was a cold night.

Grande chambre avec petit salon et salle de bain privée .
Accueil chaleureux.
Manque juste un petit coup de ménage avant notre arrivée: cheveux au sol dans la chambre.
