My husband and I like the convenience of not having to go outside to shop in the mall just taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also free breakfast was an added bonus. The front office workers, kitchen & dinner room staff were outstanding. Shout out to Penny-thank you

Reasonable stay, food in level four for dinner great, breakfast pretty average, drink prices in the bar have in some cases doubled, most are up 30pc. Air con in the room never worked properly, made peace that it was going to be just too hot as no inclination in staff to actually resolve just turn up put a thermometer under the vent and say it’s fine. Tv signal terrible, looks like you are watching on a 1980s TV, ‘this is the signal we receive’ was the response received. Room apart from broken aircon and 1980s TV good, and nice size.
Breakfast in room good, but the buffet section in the restaurant is pretty poor, cheap fruit, just a few stale croissants and a bit of cheese
