Very friendly staff who carried my bag upstairs to the room as no lifts. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a desk and chair, hanging space and I loved the arty decor in the room. It was very quiet. Tea, coffee and jug in the room but also free coffee and fresh muffin each morning for breakfast in lounge area near reception. Free choice of a beer, wine or cider from the bar on arrival was great too. I found the location great with the Hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop in Long Street too just a couple of blocks away, also the starting point for 2 free walking tours. I felt safe in the area.

I had a great experience at this property, mostly due to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond at every turn. My bathroom shower could have been cleaner and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable but the room was spacious and the decor was creative. Be cautious walking around the area at night but there are plenty of great options for food, coffee and drinks within a few minutes walk.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the City and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops and any excursions your booking for your pick up from the Hotel! Staff are very helpful and very friendly and the hotel is kept spotless! 10 out of 10 👍
