A gem of a guesthouse. All the staff were so lovely, helpful, cheerful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room and bathroom were both spacious, spotless and felt luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic, delicious and generous. Thank you to everyone

It was amazing!

The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was very good. However, the room (R5), was a bit worn and tired looking and lacked privacy from the adjacent pool area and the walkway to the other units. The main restaurant street is a 20 min walk away and walking after dark was not recommended. Overall, it was an ok one-night stay. However, we had expected more based on the ratings.

Marie is a warm and inviting host, nothing appears to be too much trouble. Our room was spacious with an outdoor seating & patio area. The guest house is on the edge of town and so we used a cab service when heading out for dinner in the evening. Marie organised and booked(very cheap and nice driver) She also recommended 2 restaurants where the food was very good. The Swartberg Pass drive was something else and we were glad to reach the very lovely Prince Albert town which was lovely. The Caves were also worth a visit. We would definitely recommend the Earthbound guest house.

Fantastic stay. They have thought of every detail & nothing was too much trouble. Arranged our choice of table each night & taxi as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Our room was fantastic with a private garden. Very clean, comfortable and roomy! The pool area was comfortable with a fire pit which many guests utilized.The hostess was very helpful with suggesting things for us to do during our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and she even served it earlier than normal to accommodate our early departure.

This is a really lovely setting, with the rooms having private outdoor sitting areas. Everything is very comfortable and clean. The owner Marie is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and concerned that our visit was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Her dinner recommendations (Jemima's and Nostalgie) were both excellent. This was one of the nicest b&bs that we visited during a 9-day trip to the Cape region of South Africa. Breakfast served in an intimate outdoor (but enclosed for the cool of the morning) dining area was perfect. We were very pleased with our visit.

Marie est très avenante et n’hésite pas à conseiller sur les activités à faire. De plus, l’hébergement est idéal tant au niveau géographique que pour la qualité des prestations. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable.

Super friendly host/manager. Warm welcome, tentative. Rooms and property are as per pictures. My family and I would like to go back and stay longer :-))))

Very nice property situated in a quiet suburb only 5 minutes drive from town centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. There is free secure parking.
