Family vacation was good

Great room with a lovely sea view

Gorgeous view, super spacious, wonderful beach access and lovely staff!

Safe, clean resort with lots of activities for the whole family. The nature reserve next-door is a great location for a walk, with a café nestled on the boardwalk. Tasty, affordable food at the café and very friendly, helpful staff. Umhlanga is a great holiday location with amazing malls and beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Amazing. So much fun stuff to keep the kids entertained throughout. Everything is furnished so beautifully. Loved every minute

Three swimming pools were nice

Nice get away from city while being right in the city

The tv was not working nor was the stove. The tv was sortwd the following morning. Our toilet paper was not replaced nor was our soap. We had to try get toilet paper at Reception and they had a quarter of a roll behind the desk. The spa do amazing massages.

Minimum customer service

Minimal customer service and care. I do not recommend.

Rooms are not 4* standard. Sleeper Bed not made up for the other 2 adults booked. 1 teabag given for 6 adults in the unit, when I called reception she said thats all they give you. Not helpful. Rooms smelled of sewerage.

Our kids loved the different pool options, slides, playground, trampoline, and mini golf. The nature reserve walk right next door offered a great opportunity for a scenic break. The two bedroom and living room was a comfortable option for 5 travelers with great ocean views. The restaurant specials and accommodations to kids particular requests were some of the best meals we had all trip. Great option to stay when traveling through Durban King Shaka International Airport.

Very very strict with rules about smoking and swimming times. No pamphlet was given about kids entertainment. Cleaning staff was good. We had no balcony, had to walk far to smoking lounge.

No iron stone

There was no water so the toilets stank. Arrived and could not have a shower or wash after a long trip No alternative water was offered. There was also no electricity when there was load shedding because there was no backup generator which meant that the air con did not work, lifts did not work etc.. It was a very unpleasant stay at this hotel

Hi The sand pit area was booked for a function so my kids were unable to utilize it. The storm caused a power outage last nite. No ups power in the room I checked out early as we could not make kids baby formula. The pool had a lots of insects in the water. Lots of monkeys as well.

The Room has a central air conditioning that does not work. Incredibly bad acoustics. Sounds from three rooms down can clearly be heard above, beside and below your room. A client was allowed to get so drunk at the bar that he was screaming racial slurs and personally verbally assaulted myself with homophobic remarks. The facility allowed it to happen even after I brought it to their attention. However the physical property is very well maintained.

This is an amazing sea-facing resort in the swanky Umhlanga area. It's not far from many restaurants and nightlife. The units are large and well appointed. Its guests appear to be mostly locals. We did not try the restaurants as the hours seemed off with our schedule. The only downside is that the staff seems unprepared for guests' arrivals - not enough people at the front desk - and then pushy when they help you. I would stay there again.

Beautiful ocean view, friendly staff, clean room. Sadly, the beach is littered with plastics and other debris.

Lots of fun activities and amenities -- putt putt, pools and water slides, games room and lovely lounge. Helpful staff.
