This hotel is very strict on their check in time (Their check in time is 14:00, check out is 11:00), even they have rooms available, they will not let you in earlier unless you pay for the surcharge.
We pay almost USD 100 for the TAX when booking with Hotel.com. However after our breakfast, they charged us again the TAX for the breakfast, which I don't think is reasonable !!

In South Africa standards, this hotel is considered very expensive. Start with the good - the rooms are clean and quite comfortable and the breakfast is lovely. The service, however, is average. The interest is non-existent, as is the TV quality, and the restaurant, outside of breakfast hours, which they call "high end", is really bad. Food was completely tasteless and way too overpriced.
