Very friendly & professional staffs. 1000× better than other hotels nearby.

Location is prime: at the center of Pangyo. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby: these includes various Asian ones as well as fast foods. Rooms are quite and well equipped but not so large. Service is excellent. Keep in mind a refundable deposit of about $150 is due at check-in because they had smoking customers who damaged rooms. Overall, will gladly visit them again.

The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke English quite well. My first room was next to the noisy fitness center and they were very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and otherwise quiet.

It was very good!

Overall I’m very satisfied with this hotel due to convenience in term of transport from airport and also plenty of cafes, shops and shopping mall around the hotel.

My first night was excellent! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the park view was nice! During my second night, my comfort was disrupted by noisy neighbors. I called the front desk at around 10 p.m. to see if the staff could address the noise issue. Unfortunately, the noise continued until after midnight. I usually ask for a quiet room because I am a light sleeper. This property is usually excellent with honoring my requests, but they “dropped the ball” this time.

I just opened and office in Pangyo and this hotel is ideally located. Lots of food options nearby as well as shopping (Hyundai Dept store). The hotel is excellent … a step up from the Courtyards in America. Excellent service, wonder staff, nice suites and a breakfast buffet that one normally finds only at 5 start hotels. My new home when I am in Korea.

Great view- we had park side view. Clean. A lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Will go back.

Facilities are clean.

I stayed one night during my longer trip. It was nice experience. The staff in the lobby is quite professional. And the room condition is clean and spacious. The morning buffet was specially nice with various options.

It is easy to miss the hotel front door. I found where I need to enter by turning around. You can’t expect the normal hotel entrance. Hotel located in very busy area.

The breakfast foods were excellent The top shelves in the closet were not clean and close placed on the shelves were soiled by dust..

성의없는 체크인 과정 부터 시작해서 가장낮은층 9층을 줬을때부터 느낌이 쎄하다 했는데 밤 열시가 넘었는데도 쿵쾅 쿵쾅 벽이 시끄러워 두번 컴플레인 전화를 하고 너무나 시끄러워 직접 소음을 녹음해서 극기야 프론트로 내려가서 직접 들려주고 물어보니 바로 옆방에서 파티를 하는지 계속 쿵쾅 직원이 이야기를 해도 술을 마셨는지 듣지도 않고 밤 열두시에 방을 바꿔주신다고는 했지만 난 이미 잠옷을 입고 있었고 짐 을 다 풀어놓은 상태에서 또 다시 짐을 싸는건 피곤한 일이라 와서 다시 누웠는데 방음도 안되고 벽 무너지는 소리는 새벽 한시 넘어서야 잠잠해졌어요. 정말… 방과 방 사이 방음이 하나도 안되는 곳이였어요.

I have been staying in Courtyard Pangyo whenever I come Pangyo. The service was good and the room is fine. The reception lobby is often crowded with people waiting for their restaurant and this is something I mind during COVID and They could have some crowd control/ management. They have also cut overall fewer staff which result with occasional service at the Level 1 concierge. I had no luggage help when I arrive. Minor shame.
