the room and bedroom are clean, even the room is small, but enough for one person。

The room is small but still able a luggage. It is also quiet, tidy and enough facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful. It would be appreciated if some hooks can be added in the shared bathroom for hanging the dry clothes.

Affordable price, but quite noisy early in the morning when other residents move around.

지난번에 이어 추가 후기 남기면 1월은 방이 너무 춥습니다. 지난번에는 문제없다고 생각했는데 이번에는 우풍이 심해서 새벽에 몇번 깼어요. 영하10도가 넘어가면 우풍심해서 방에 전기난로가 있는걸 다음날 아침에 알아봤습니다.(설명이 있었으면 알아봤을텐데 아쉽네요) 난로켜면 어떨지 모르겠는데 안켜면 많이 춥습니다. 마스크 꼭 착용하는걸추천 소음은 동네도 조용하고 고시원이다보니 다들 조용한거 자체가 문화인거같아서 에티켓은 지켜주셔서 그런지 엄청나게 조용합니다. 이게 가장큰 장점 같아요. 오토바이 한대 지나갈때 밖과 방음이 잘 안된다는걸 그때야 알게되었습니다. 새벽에도 조용하고 주변에 큰 소음 날만한 가게라던지 거리가 없어서 좋습니다. 샤워장은 엄청 추울 줄 알았는데 생각보다는 약간만 춥고 거의 안추워서 샤워하는데 무리는 없었습니다. 결론은 겨울엔 무지춥다.. 여름에는 우풍으로 무지 덥지않을까 예상해봄

장점 : 가격이 완전 저렴해서 가성비 좋다. - 강남까지 30분이내거리에 1박에 청소비포함 3만원인 곳은 여기밖에 없습니다. - 3만원이면 게스트하우스에 다른사람과 같이 머물러야하는데 여긴 고시원이라 1인1방이라는 점이 최고 - 1월 한겨울에도 지내봤는데 밖은 영하10도인 상황에 그거대비 약간 우풍이 불어 찬기운이 있긴하지만 마스크끼면되고 몸은 이불덮으면 얇게입어도 하나도 안추움 단점 : 시설이 깨끗하진 않다. - 방 상태도 깨끗하진 않지만 그냥저냥 지낼만합니다 - 샤워실도 깨끗하진 않지만 사용할만한 정도고 생각보다 안춥습니다. 온도 평범함 - 방에 누울 수 있는 공간이 좁아 키 180인 저는 부족하진않고 딱 맞습니다. 더 크신분들은 길이 짧을수도있을듯 + 무릎을 들면 책상에 걸려서 쎄게 한번 찍었는데 아파서 죽을뻔함 - 수건과 드라이기만 제공하고 나머지 씻는건 칫솔,치약,바디워시,샴푸, 로션 전부다 직접 다 가져와야함 총평 : 가성비가 좋은거지 시설 좋은걸 기대하면 돈을 더 쓰시는걸 추천 경험상 시설은 더 좋은 게스트하우스는 같이 써서 너무 시끄러운데 여긴 시설은 더 별로지만 고시원이라 조용해서 짧게머물기에 최고 난 1박 필요한 상황에 여기서 매번 머물 것임

The pictures on its website is not as good as it looks. The men's individual room are smaller and so is the bed inside. If you are 5'8" or taller, think twice about booking here as you'll have a difficulty stretching your legs. Speaking of legs, one of the bed's leg in the room where I stayed is broken. Also the bathroom and the kitchen are outdated.

The room was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and it was very cold. The bed is very hard and not comfortable at all to lay on. The shared bathroom was also very cold, dirty and felt impossible to have privacy. I contacted staff about this and they were helpful giving me some extra blankets and another room with a private shower. I am thankful for that. However the water in that shower was ice cold, and the room temperature was set to max so this place was too hot. The same night the water in the shared showers was also ice cold. I ended up leaving the place the next morning and moving to another location. I will say that the staff is friendly and welcoming to accommodate you, but the place it self is too run down and does not feel clean or comfortable.

The price was excellent and the instructions got me right there.

Priprty had ongoing plumbing issues (no hot water/ water leak for women's shower and washing machine facilities- making it difficult to use. This stayed started from day 1. Rooms were not clean properly, had to ask to switch on 2nd day. I had to exit early when the plumbing issues extended for most of my stay. The age of building is a factor. Sorry.

You 100% get what you pay for! Its small, quaint, and pretty dirty, but if for the price, you really cant beat it. The owner and worker there are super sweet and friendly and will help you at a moments notice.

I asked for help as the room was too hot and had no windows, they didn’t do anything. The person at the reception left before 5pm The worse was the dust in the room and the mold in the shower. It is not worth the price I payed. The door was broken and so it kept ringing late at night.

整形のDTで利用して喋れない私に、わざわざ日本語の説明文を後から持ってきてくださいました。 お部屋は綺麗とは言い難いですが、この値段で考えたらとても良い施設だと思います。

The price was cheap, but I had more expectations because of the photos in the post when i booked it

3泊４日で一日目が夜中着でした。セルフチェックインになっており、エレベーターにて4階で自分の名前の紙を持って 5階の女性専用部屋へ。5階への扉へはパスワードを入力して中に入れました(私は裏面がある事を全く見ずパスワードが書かれてる事に気づかずに一人で焦ってました笑) 部屋に入ると鍵が置いてあり、オートロックなので部屋を出る時は必ず携帯してないと締め出されますのでご注意を！ バス停が徒歩1分圏内なのでかなり交通は便利で、 空港行きのバスもそのバス停から出るので立地はかなりいいかと思います！ 近くにコンビニ、ダイソーがあるので忘れ物してもすぐ買い足せますし、電子レンジや洗濯機もあり、他の部屋はわかりませんが私が宿泊した部屋には小さい冷蔵庫、タオル2枚ありました。 チェックアウトも入り口近くの箱に鍵を入れればオッケーでした。 私は特に気にならないですが、ドアを開ける音や廊下を歩いてる音や電話してる声などかなり聞こえます。他の方も書いてるようにコスパ重視の方にはいいかもしれません！
