第一次入住感覺很好 服務很好 尤其晚班會説中文的男士 問問題 都能夠圓滿的回答解決 很棒 周圍生活機能好方便 下次會再選擇這間飯店

房間整潔乾淨，但水龍頭與馬桶沖水紐使用上比較卡。早餐樣式固定，變化少。

Good service in overall

I was arranged to check in Room no. 412 on 9 March 2024. As the room was darkness in the day time, I and my wife felt uncomfortable. Under such circumstances, we request your front staff member to change our room to the opposite room no. 408. However, we had to pay additional upgrade charge in the sum of Korean dollar 22,000. I had no alternative but to pay the said sum for the same size room. I have to appreciate the staff of house keeping for the cleanness of my room

交通方便，出口有巴士站，步行7分鐘便到地鐵站，酒店對面食肆林立，留下美好回憶。

早餐很棒，环境也挺好，对面就是小吃街

It’s nice with a Starbucks, beef pot across the street, home plus nearby and 3-layers barbecue (I visit Korea over 30times)

重來沒有住過沒有空調的飯店。還拿一只破掉的電風扇。這個還被評分這的笑死人飯店。還是樂天飯店正常一點。

朝食が以前より品数が少なくなった感じがしました。豊富とは言えない。

I enjoyed my stay st Four Points. Room is big, and the bed suits me. No malls around the area, but plenty of reataurants. E-mart supermarket is 5 mins walk away.

Amazing

The bathroom was really dirty. There were lots of black mold everywhere. I think they had simply painted over old dirt and mold to try and make it look better but it still smelled of mold. Also, we had the room made up every day but the housecleaning team did not do a high quality job unfortunately.

I had a very comfortable stay — the bed and bedding were soft and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also convenient, with a Starbucks and a Dunkin’ just steps away. The only drawback was that the shower head was quite worn and the water pressure was weaker than expected, which made the shower experience less enjoyable. If these were improved, the stay would be close to perfect.

清潔で快適でした。コーヒーマシーンが置いてあったけど、それ用のコーヒーはなく、使い方もわからなかったので、利用できず残念。有料でも置いてあって説明もあればいいと思う。ソウル中心部からはかなり遠いので、そちらをメインで観光したい場合は不便なので注意。

5시쯤 체크인을 했습니다. 프리미엄룸을 예약했지만 싱크대 및 인덕션 있는 룸으로 업그레이드 해주시더군요 하지만 조리도구는 물론 식기도 없고 정수기만 있는 작은 부엌이더라구요. 방에서 음식을 먹진 않아서 상관없었습니다만 싱크대가 있는 의미를 잘 이해하지 못했어요😅 조식은 그냥저냥 먹을만 했어요 한가지 불편했던 점은 outlet이 대부분 3구, 해외 플러그 기준이라 한국인인 저는 사용할수 없었어요 플러그를 꽂을수는 있었지만 제대로 꽂히지 않아 플러그가 휘거나 스파크가 튈까봐 사용하지않았어요 이 부분만 빼면 방 청결하고 충분히 넓고 좋았어요!!

The rooms are clean and sound proof with nice beds. Hotel is located near to the Digital complex metro station, which makes the commuting to other parts of Seoul quite a breeze. The breakfast is nice with varieties. They have evening street food festivals on limited days of the week with music.
