Really nice and clean ! Reception’ stuff are kindly . Swimming pool also clean . Worth to stay ! Tb location close beach and restaurants.

Stayed here a couple of times before. The facilities are still up to par and well maintained, despite my last visit was early 2019! The business seems going so well that it is now much more crowded than before. The hotel service is not as 5-star as I last visited- probably due to too good business too!

Floor is not very clean No direct access to the beach Outdoor swimming pool is unexpectedly small given the price of the hotel room Sauna is not included in the booking and need 30000 won charge Except for the staff at reception, other staff especially those serve at the swimming pool do not speak fluent English and they don't even remember guest to take towels The only good point about the hotel is the location and view

那麼貴的酒店沒有提供牙刷有些不方便酒店大堂沒有椅子給客人休息浴室比較擠迫沒有放衣服的位置但整體服務很不錯的

整體好，唯一枕頭太高太硬，5星酒店應有2種高度和軟硬度的枕頭，給住客選用

The bathroom design is awkward. Water will spill out of the bath tub area. The quality of the bathroom towel needs to be improved.

とても親切にしてもらいました。 プールには色々ルールがあって少し戸惑いました。

Dejligt hotel vores værelse med udsigt over havet, rent og pænt. Fint værelse med et køleskab og ok stort badeværelse. 10 min. gang til metro med restauranter og forskellige butikker på vejen. Lille supermarked på hotellet og lige overfor, stranden lige uden for og en lille gå tur for at prøve Sky Capsule.

スタッフの方がみなさんとても親切でした。 タクシーの手配、野球観戦の手配まで対応してくださり感謝しかありません。海に面していてとても素敵なホテルでした。

깔끔하고 청결한 숙소였숩니다. 호텔 직원 만나뵙는 한분한분마다 모두 친절하게 응대해주셨으며 너무 편안하고 기분좋게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 1층 바에 망고빙수는 비싸긴하지만 꼭 먹어보세요. 진짜 맛있어요. 특히 고량주랑 페어링은 고약한 냄새안나는 두리안 느낌이었어요. 8층에는 투숙객만 이용할 수 있는 세탁기 건조기가 있는데 누가 중간에 빼버리는지 ㅠㅠ 세번 시도했는데 세번다 젖은 상태로 바구니에 있어서 좀 아쉬웠지민 무료이니 그냥 그러려니 해야했어요.. 사람은 많은데 엘레베이터는 3개뿐이라 붐비는 시간엔 조금 일찍 나와야 하고요, 차량을 지하주차장에서 쏘카로 렌트가 가능한데 운전 미숙하시면 어려울 수 있어요. 좀 좁습니다. 극악의 난이도 까진 아닌데 경보음이 계속 울려요. 수영장 좋은 포토스팟이 었고요. 자쿠지도 따뜻했숩니다. 조식부페와 룸 다이닝도 흠잡을 데 없이 좋았어요. 그와중에 감튀가..ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 겉바속촉인 감튀에 감격했습니다. 이정도 괜찮았던 호텔은 정말 오랜만이에요. 위치도 바로 앞에 모래사장과 바다라서 정문나가서 고개만 꺽으면 백사장이라 놀기 좋았고요. 다음번에는 망고빙수 먹으러 또 올것 같네요.

It was THE BEST stay we had stayed in Korea this summer! Loved their warm hospitality! We were presently surprised that we were able to check-in before 3pm. Most Korean hotels won’t let you check in b4 3. Our room got upgraded and a recently renovated property was beautiful. The location was perfect too-beach front and right in the middle of haeundae beach-very convenient and easy to get around. We appreciated a prompt housekeeping service (every time we left the room and turned on « make up room » light , it was nicely done right away. A pool attendant was very flexible and let my 6 year old son who can swim not wear a life jacket which can be irritating in some other hotels in Korea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back when we visit Busan again!
