Hotel met expectations.

Room very cozy and clean. Staff always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Helped recommending great local places to eat and taxi support. Dining and cafe area are very unique beautiful design.

Great staff, extra lounge to relax in, the breakfast area and food was wonderful. Has a great little area in the room if you're traveling from 'out of the area'. Plus, a little more space in the room. The area around has lots of both traditional food and modern as well.

The staff is wonderful; the hotel has many dining options all around it. The breakfast was great! With both local and Easter options

The staff went above and beyond in every aspect! Although their was a bit of language barrier, they overcame it quickly with translator apps and friendliness! Would stay again!

It was good for a last minute 1 night stay. Small room. Seems newly renovated in some places but yet can see that it's pretty dated in other areas. A/C and TV worked well. Bathtub was very small.

오래된 호텔이고 인터넷으로 예약했는데 이런부분에서 조금 버벅이셔서 예약확인이 늦어진 점이 있었네요 방이나 화장실은 깔끔한 편이었어요 가볍게 근처 외출하는데 우산도 빌려주시고 하루 묵기엔 괜찮았습니다

I paid for a week and spend only a day, and asked if I could be refunded but they refused. Six days got wasted.

Decent value for the price. You can tell that this hotel had a lot more going for it before COVID and like so many things, COVID destroyed a lot of that and the property managers managed to just hold on and stay open until now.

I wish this property was maintained properly. Looking outdated and not properly cleaned in some areas such as window sills. Do you have any plans for renovations of the building exterior, the lobby and the rooms?

가족과 함께 지난주에 방문해 2박을 했습니다.리모델링때문인지 예전하여 객실이 깨끗했고 프론트의 직원들도 친절하고 상냥해서 만족해서 다음에도 한국에 가면 다시 숙박할 의사가 있습니다. 단점이라면 객실 청소하는 조선족 남자가 굉장히 불친절합니다.또한 객실을 구석구석 청소 안해서 테이블 밑이 더러워서 내가 직접 닦았습니다. 그리고 오전 퇴실시 엘리베이터 부근에서 심한 담배 연기가 나서 보니 누군가가 객실용품방에서 담배를 피우지 않았나 하는 의심이 듭니다.손님이 피웠으면 객실에서 냄새가 나야하는데 그렇지 않고 객실용품 두는 방에서 나는 것 같았거든요.

The entire hotel is dirty and especially the rooms. Very poor cleaning routine.

가성비는 좋으나 주차장에서 계단 올라갈때 환경이 별로임
