Facility run down, Breakfast lousy

Great stay at La Casa Seoul. Close to everything you need in Gangnam. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Recommended

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Casa Seoul! The hotel has a stylish and cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. The staff were truly amazing—they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. When we arrived early, they kindly offered us a free extra day due to an issue with the room’s safety vault. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out! Aside from this, everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was wonderful. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

Great stay.

It is located in GBD at Seoul so it is easy to move anywhere

Overall it was okay. Most staffs were kind, and the service was nice. However, the heater in my room did not work properly and went in and off. So, the room was very cold.

Our couple has used this hotel several times since a long time ago. The area around the hotel is safe to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants, nice cafes, and many places to shop, so it is convenient and enjoyable. All the hotel staff are kind, and the Nordic room design is very pretty and the bedding is convenient, but I think the lighting brightness of the bathroom and the silicone of the bathroom floor need to be upgraded. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel.

Super easy and convenient. I’ve stay there before and it’s easy to get around to Apgujeong and Itaewon. This is one of my go to places when I come up to Seoul.

Bit small

This hotel was good but I'm not sure I would come back. We had a room that was in the attached building. There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. The staff were very friendly and the location is walking distance to some really hip stores like Gentle Monster and we did not get a chance to eat nearby. I would recommend if you enjoy moodier lighting, traveling a bit lighter, and perhaps alone.

Sometimes air conditioner didn't work.

Amazing location to visit cute cafes and touristy sites.

Excellent location near a close by subway station and a 24 hour convenient store near by. Wonderful customer service. Everyone has been accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Good value for $. Safe. Friendly staff assisted in getting taxi cabs when needed. They answered promptly and came to fix a lighting issue in the room. The room work table is really small and the chair is wedged between an unnecessary (to me) sofa and the table that makes it most inconvenient to access the phone chargers or work on that table. Hotel in prime location - about five minutes walk from Sinsa Station.

A lot of restaurants and cafe around the hotel

The noise from the traffic outside was nearly unbearable and I wanted to leave almost as soon as we arrived. The room itself was nice and the location made it worth it. But for the price I expect better sound insulation

The hotel is very clean, but the bed is quite soft and causes back pain. There is 2 separate wings in the hotel, and there is a water filter machine on level 3 between the two wings. The location of the hotel is quite far from the nearest train station, but is surrounded by many cafes and eateries. There is an airport bus that goes to the hotel which is about 5 mins walk away. The hotel service staff can’t really understand English and were not very friendly. However an average hotel, would recommend customers to stay at a hotel near the city as travelling around would be more convenient.

Best location with loads of top cafe and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Well maintained and clean rooms.

Staff is helpful and nice. The room and the toilet are big compare with other hotel. Very close to the shopping street and full of restaurants around. Just a bit far from the station. Overall it’s good.

THEY SHOULD BE MORE FLEXIBLE IN CHANGING THE ROOM TYPES. OVERALL, EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND I WILL COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
