Great location in the heart of the buzz so it’s walkable everywhere.
Check in was quick and easy.
Didn’t realize the AC remote was in the TV remote but front desk staff speaks English so it was easy to solve.
Starbucks next door and many eateries and shops

We booked 2 rooms for a family trip, as a graduation gift to our son and his girlfriend.
The hotel is perfectly situated!!! Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!!
The rooms were very clean and the products were very good (on par, if not better than Aesop).

침대외 샤워실이 너무 불편했어요.
요즘 가장 핫 한 관광지고, 주변에 경쟁 호텔이 없어서 시설에 비해서 터무니 없이 높은 가격이 책정된 것 같네요.

初めての滞在だったので不安だったけれど、スタッフの方がとても迅速な対応で商業施設の場所や空港までの最短ルートなどを日本語で丁寧に説明してくださったのがとても良かった。清掃は完璧でルームも含むホテル全体が清潔だった。駅から近く、人気のカフェもやコンビニなど歩いて行ける距離にあったので便利だった。コンセントの変換機を購入する必要なく貸してもらえるのは魅力的でした。次回もここに泊まりたいと思いました。
