My family stayed for 10 nts and had an amazing experience. Nice location, close to the airport bus stop and the Coex shopping area both within 5-10 min walking distance. Plenty of dining options around the hotel on weekdays but many restaurants close on weekends. There are cafes, convenient stores and Paris Baguette bakery very close by.
I want to especially thank two exceptional staff at the reception desk. Jung Suk (Jefferey) Chae and Seung Min Yoo for helping and accommodating all our needs and for being so kind and helpful. Thank you and we definitely would like to come back and stay at Ibis Gangnam for our next trip to Seoul.

I booked this hotel two different times for my sisters who had to go to the nearby hospital. My sisters told me that the hotel was clean, the service was great, and breakfast buffet was excellent.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will book again if I need a hotel near areas.

I booked 2 nights separately to get more affordable rate and it's worked for my total stay of 4 nights. The hotel location is good, near everything I need during my business trip. Airport bus, COEX, GS25, many restaurants nearby. Got a room at 3rd floor, the design is new, cool and different with the room at 8th floor that I stayed before. Recommended!!

Good and strategic place in Gangnam area. I was stayed in their old room, it's good but you can feel it's old. Room not big, but fit our big luggage. Food was okay, staff also helpful just don't hesitate to ask. Price also cheaper compare to other hotel with same level (buy in agent for better discount).
