Chin Chin house is one of my unforgettable hotel, especially during the CNY in -20 degree, it’s 15 mins from Hong dai University station, I treasure the time I walk back, so quiet and so many interesting shops! I stay there for 5 days, just like a home away from home, I can cook my own breakfast and have a coffee in the beautiful architect lounge! Very warm and heart warming in this Korea winter! I definitely recommend you to enjoy this comfortable and happiness place! 😀

There is a lot of unique cafe nearby. The staff and the owner there are very nice! The lady in Chin Chin guesthouse has prepared us various delicious breakfast for us each morning. I have a really good stay in Chin Chin guesthouse.

Clean and nice place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walkable distance from Hongdae railway station, yet with an excellent price. Would be perfect if the interior could be renovated a bit.

I've lived here when I traveled to Korea last year, the experience was good so I booked the same hotel this time. It's still good this time, but there were some bugs inside the room. Also, the room is on the second floor and the stair is a bit steep, so you should be careful when you are carrying your luggage onto upstair.

旅館整體一般，離地鐵比較遠，如果冇館主電郵清晰指示，都比較難搵，旅館地方很淺窄，房間空間還可以，但設施好簡陋，如廁不能把廁紙掉入廁盆，否則容易堵塞，不過服務態度非常滿意，很親切

旅館外形很漂亮,房間在二層 要自己抬行李 樓梯很大台 不太方便 房間乾淨舒服 每天早餐不同也很好吃 只是燈光有點不足 距離弘大地鐵3號出口大約20分鐘距離 慢慢走 看風景也不錯

5人入住了頂層連閣樓房間, 房間比想像中小, 而且房間內樓梯破爛了, 上落有點危險! 另外行李需要自己搬上2層, 是個大缺點! 而2-3人房是挺不錯的, 多人的話就考慮住2間小房間, 比住頂層的舒適很多。

民宿設計很有格調,3人入住了2晚房間BANYAN TREE, 房間大小剛剛好, 可以放下3個大行李箱。 離弘大地鐵大概15分鐘, 工作人員會提供十分清楚的路線圖, 走過一次就沒問題了。 附近有食肆, 購物也方便。還有記得不要錯過民宿提供的早餐, 十分豐富! 唯一缺點就是要搬行李..

最大問題只是交通及樓梯 但旅館超貼心^_^ 問交通問題時 還幫忙印地圖出來 教我們坐巴士 坐巴士真的方便超多 ，但有很多行李就有點不方便！ 去機場時，我們就先坐的士到弘大，再轉機場巴士，這樣會方便很多！ 旅館有很多樓梯，拿著行李上去時，會辛苦點 但除去這些問題，房間真的很美！很舒服！ 物超所值

A bit far from the metro station (15-20 mins walk), but apart from this, everything is nice.

喜歡這裡特別的建築設計,如相片一樣,每個房間格式和佈置都不一樣,今趟入住的是擁有閣樓的小房子,早上陽光透過小窗照來,晚上可以看着滿月入睡。

정리 및 청소가 안되있다. 먼지 수북하고 수건도 언제빨았는지 모를정도다. 세면대에서는 물이 샌다. 호텔급을 바라지는않았지만 걸레질도 안한 바닥은 글쎄다 였다. 실수다 싼각격에 덜컥 예약한 내실수다.

From the first day, the roof was leaking and under the bed there was so much dusty. So the air of the room was contaminated with bad smell...totally the room was not suitable for the customer's staying. After moving to the other room, the cleanness was almost the same level but a little bit better. Make a long story short, please delete this hotel from your Hotels.com package. I could not visit Hotels.com if you continue to keep this hotel in your website. Thanks. If you need pictures, I will send it separately.

Lovely place to stay at! Close and very accommodating. Our flight was late but we messaged and tee got greeted after check-in time! Heated floors are very nice. The only thing I could complain about is that the light in the room is rubbish if you want to do your makeup! (But super cozy!)

レイトチェックインにも対応してくださり感謝しています。暖かく歓迎していただきました。私は小さなスーツケースだったので荷物を持って階段を上がれましたが大荷物だと大変かもしれません。スケジュールの都合で無料のお食事をいただけなかったので次は食べたいと思います。また利用させていただきます。

The staff is friendly and they speak good English. We were originally placed in the third floor but the stairs were icy and we almost slipped (no elevator). They accommodated us with a 2nd floor room, but the ceiling was leaking. The ceiling above the bed looked moldy.
