They have free pick-up service from Terminal One (if you are at Terminal Two, please go to Terminal One by yourself). You can go to airport information centre and the staff will help you to call them. Wait their shuttle outside Gate 7 at 3/F and they will arrive in 15 mins. Only drawback for me is that they only start the transfer from hotel to airport at 5:30 am.. I have a flight at 6:45 am and thus have to leave the hotel by 4:30 am. But they can arrange taxi for me at 10,000 Korean Won. Overall good service!!!

出雲西站後一直直走兩個街口再右轉，帶著行李十分鐘內可以到。兩張雙人床，住得很舒適，第一次見到浴室馬桶洗手台都是分開的。櫃台人員可以用英語溝通，小缺點是沒能確定好同一接駁時段客人的行李是否能全部上車，負責接駁的司機有點心急得把大家行李擠上去，有點影響到在座位上的客人。

Location is nice for transportation with metro. Between station and hotel is 10 minutes by your feet. The hardware of water pressure(shower)/air condition and ground heater are all well. But the condition of the building is old. The staff are not friendly, only plump man is friendly and happy to help guest.

Free shuttle service is very good! However, the service only up to 12:00 pm., afterward you have to take taxi and pay by yourselve though the hotel will arrange for you. Good service but the taxi fare is very expensive! From Hotel to airport is Won 15,000! Free mini bar service is good. The first night I booked included free breakfast is very nice and money for value. Overall, we are satisfied the service at such price.

这已经是第二次入住了，很喜欢这家酒店。早饭比上一次还要丰盛，可惜因为赶飞机没有太多时间享用。另外，因酒店只提供免费在T1航站楼接机，而我们是在T2航站楼下飞机，因此需要周转去T1。建议能在网站的酒店介绍中说明，我们这次是打电话给酒店才被告知只能在T1接机的。谢谢！

出咗機場，到information desk打電話比佢哋，十五分鐘後，departure gate 7等, 超方便，酒店週圍很多嘢，早餐簡單，但西韓也有。房間總體ok
