It’s very confusing to find our “hotel “. It’s not a hotel it’s apartment which is fine but we did not get notice how to access the apartment. It’s take about 30 min. The big dissatisfaction it’s communication. We never got bedding linens. But area is very good

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, and the subway system so it was super easy to get around. My only negative feedback is around communication... because it is an apartment with no front desk, there was always a 1-2 day drlay in any inquiries. So we were left trying to figure some things out on our own. Woul go back to stay there again, mostly because of the location.

Amazing location, comfortable staying with family of 4. The staff answering all my questions in timely manner, everything was great! We will be back!

This is not hotel. This is officetel. The bed was terrible. Cheap bed. Loction was ok. If you like Gangnam. I will not stay here again Go to incheon much better price and nicer hotels.

Location is attractive

Finding the entrance to the property was a bit difficult but eventually found it on the side. There is a security guard at the desk at night. Check in was easy

A great location and the room was very comfortable. It wasn't super luxurious but it did have a washing machine which was really handy. We were very lucky and managed to meet the man cleaning our room when we arrived so we could leave our suitcases there, otherwise we would have been a bit stuck! A great stay for the proce overall and fabulous location if you want to be South of the river.

It's a clean convenient hotel with the kitchen.

It was amazing, with a very comfortable room, close to everything, just a few minutes from Coex. The building has two 24-hour convenience stores (7-Eleven and CU).

Perfect location for tour the seoul attractions. Easy communication with host. Nice restaurants nearby.

So easy access to public transportation. Safe area and quiet

the room was clean and very close to a bus stop and not too far from the subway. reasonably priced for the area. would definetly stay again :)

Location is set back from the main street so a suggestion would be a site map from the subway and airport bus stop to apartment. I think for travelers new to the area a map would help. Thank you.

Close to shopping train station very convenient

Very close to COEX, metro station. Clean, comfortable.

The owner is flexible and answers queries promptly, i like my stay and place is convinient.

Good location with many shopping center and close to subway station

We enjoyed the property and would return. The building is safe and near the subways, bus lines, and Coex. Plenty of casual places to eat. The unit is clean and comfortable. No issues. If you don’t know Korean, there may be some extra effort to obtain the unit number and code for entry. We also had to make sure how to use the thermostat, water heater settings, and tv. Wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen and fridge are great if you need it. Overall would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Seoul and/or the Coex area.

Nice, inexpensive efficiency apartment with modern equipments. The only issue was the water filter fountain only do slow drip.
