L7 Hongdae

It is not my 1st time stay there, the location of hotel is super good. I'm sure that I will select L7 Hongdae again during my next trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences, but overall, I found it to be a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Within 5 to 10 minutes, I discovered numerous trendy shops offering affordable accessories and cosmetics, perfect for young fashion enthusiasts. Additionally, there's a vibrant selection of restaurants nearby, including an Italian restaurant located on the 21st floor, which also serves as the hotel check-in lobby. Room Amenities: The room had a minimalistic design but was well-equipped. It featured adequate lighting, separate bathrooms and toilets, a hair dryer, an air purifier, a safe, a small refrigerator, and a TV. I appreciated the daily cleaning service, and the janitorial staff were extremely friendly, always greeting me with warm smiles and communicating in a bit of English, which was nice. Check-In Experience: Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my room at 1:30 PM due to my hotel membership. The reception staff were fluent in English, efficient, and very helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Areas for Improvement: However, there were some issues with the room's electrical sockets. Even when using their provided plugs or my own, only 2 out of 4 sockets worked properly. This is an area the hotel could improve on to enhance the overall guest experience.

The location of the L7 Hongdae is so convenient with shopping street nearby and lots of restaurant. I would definitely revisit L7 when travelling to Seoul!
