Overall better than expected. As it is just renovated and the design is relatively modern. But as it is not those 5 stars hotels, there are quite some room for improvement regarding services as well as cleanliness.

Far from town but accesible via bus Pool service is bad, you are charged to use the pool. It is not included in stay. Convenience store does not have much, but outside before going to hotel

I booked this hotel at the last minute and without any research. It exceeded my expectations for the price and the service by the hotel staff was excellent. Great views and peaceful to be away from the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Good place to relax. A beautiful surroundings and lovely facilities. Close to visit historical sites.

Clean, kind, and comfortable!

전체적으로 너무 좋았으나, 중앙난방 스타일이라 저녁때 많이 추웠습니다. 이동식 라디에이터가 모두 소진되느라 룸으로 올릴수도 없었구요.. 일교차 심한 지금과 같은 날씨는 조금더 신경썼으면 어떨까 싶네요.. 다른부분들은 만족스럽습니다.

여러 번 방문했었지만 이번처럼 실망한 적은 처음입니다. 방음이 전혀 안되어 옆 방 대화소리까지 다 들렸고, 옆 방 밤 12시까지 아이들 소리지르면서 뛰어노는 소리에 잠을 이룰 수 없었고, 프런트에 중재 요청드렸지만 아무 소용없었습니다. 조식3일간 먹었는데, 메뉴가 너무 똑같아서 지겨웠습니다.

가족여행 만족합니다.

깨끗하고 침대 및 침구류가 매우 편했음. 또한, 1층에 위치한 서점이 너무 좋았음. 직원들도 매우 친절했음. 아이들과 함께 즐거운 시간 보냈음.

Not even close to a 4.5 star hotel. Was asked to sign a form in Korean to check-in, despite not understanding Korean, with two check-boxes helpfully circled to share personal information and receive marketing. Also told where buffet dinner was downstairs, but not that it is closed Mon-Thu except for tour groups, leaving only the food court open. Swimming pool and sauna are an additional charge. No air conditioning in the room despite being very warm in April: 28 deg C in the room even with the balcony door wide open and entry door cracked. We had to ask for an electric fan to bring it down to 26 deg C. Forget about staying here in the summer

Room and general area temperature was set to heater mode even on a warm spring day. Room facing main road was noisy. Lift was extremely slow and limited for such a big hotel. Though the rooms were big, it lacked character and bathrooms were badly designed. Location is not ideal unless u have a car. I really can’t find anything likeable about this hotel and its value.

Facilities was great and the staff was always ready to assist.

It was absolute pleasure staying at the location and lovely walkable places filled with restaurants, cafes. We really enjoyed staying at the property and highly recommended.
