Amazing stay here for our honeymoon! The hotel is chic and modern, with french aspects scattered throughout. Staff go out of their way to help you, and we loved every minute. Our room was spotless, and serviced every day. Bathroom was especially good, with lovely toiletries. Whole hotel smelt fantastic. Bar on 26th floor had amazing views and lovely cocktails. Hotel is right next to the subway station, and near markets. You can als walk there from Seoul station so very good location.

Very close to public transportation and centre of seoul. Very smooth check in. Clean and very spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Interesting decoration. Friendly staff. The lights in the room are managed via a central mischpult (either mechanical or via a tablet) which we did not really like. Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. Floor carpet in our room was not flat. We had to wait for an ice bucket we had ordered (yes, you need to pay for ice...) quite a bit meaning that the ice has already started melting a bit when it was finally delivered to our room. Very good cocktails in the bar.

Purchasing the VIP package with library and club access is a must when staying at L’Escape. It delivers great value. Concierge was helpful with our first trip on the subway. Easy. I recommend L’Escape

Beautiful hotel in the absolute best location, very easy skywalk that goes directly to Seoul Station. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. 100/10 would recommend.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The fresh flowers everywhere smell amazing!!! Also a great location. The room was lovely and the service is superb. The staff is really on their their toes to serve you.

If you want something different than the large global chains offer, this is an excellent choice. It is a boutique hotel with a very specific, rich and detailed 18th-19th century French ambience but there is no compromise on quality. Rooms were decent size, beds are comfortable, bathroom rather large, clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely polite and want to please. The buffet breakfast has plenty of variations for you don't have it twice the same thing for more than a week. The locations is excellent, two large shopping area is in 2-5 minutes walk, plenty of tourist attraction is easily walkable public transportation or taxis are readily available.

Excellent location next to the metro, easy walk to Myeongdong and markets. Such comfortable beds, best bed I have ever slept in. Rooms are well sized and facilities excellent. Will stay again in a heartbeat. Luna was extremely helpful. Staff could overall be a bit warmer.

The room was clean and quiet. The staffs were kind. There are many options of good dining and shopping around the hotel.

We spent 2 nights. It is near the subway. The staff was kind. The interior is heavily French influenced with red paint and lots of detail.

I loved how beautifully designed and decorated this hotel was! The room service was delicious, and we appreciated all of the water bottles that were provided each day. The location is very convenient - close to N Seoul Tower, markets, and shopping.

We had a delightful experience staying at a beautifully designed place in the heart of Seoul, featuring charming French interiors. The staff provided exceptional service; the ladies responsible for housekeeping were always smiling and eager for a friendly chat. They also went above and beyond by arranging taxis and lending us umbrellas on a rainy day. We would love to return to this lovely spot!

Warm reception at the front desk & breakfast site. Housekeeping took care of our rooms & made sure to stock it with fresh bottles of water & clean towels. Loved our stay!

Great concierge. George was very accommodating and approachable. He was helpful to all even to the others who were being obnoxious. Overall it was a great experience and loved my stay here at L'Escape. It was classy and quiet. I had a peaceful stay.

The hotel was in a great location! Walkable to so many things and convenient subway access. My room was gorgeous and so quiet. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in this area as well. I would definitely stay here again!
