Overall great experience. Only issues was the bed was hard as a rock and kept waking up sore. Would of felt better to sleep on the floor. Good spot for bus transportation.
I stayed here a couple of days before this stay. Whereas my sighseeing plans were cancelled, we needed to find two nights accomodations urgently. I, together with my wife, had no second thought in booking this hotel again. Especially we love walking under the beautiful Jeju blue sky, this hotel is located at the quiet area but close enough for us to walk into the central part of the new Jeju city. About 20-30 mints to the Hyatt hotel, which is the landmark of the new Jeju city, and we were enjoying walking back to the hotel at night. The rooms are super clean and we were just satisfied with their simple arrangement in the room. There was a Korean Tofu hotpot restaurant just around the corner, and I love it!! Conveience stores are in a short walking distance, as well. Looking for cost effective, simple, clean, neat hotel? Leslie hotel will always be in your lists!
I have actully spend many hours searching a hotel before booking this place. In between our sightseeing plans, I only needed to stay one night in the area around the new Jeju city with my wife. Whilst we were going to just sleep at night, the hotel must be cost effective and should be accessible on foot from places we were going to do some shopping after checking out like the e-mart or Lotte mart. After examining reviews on various hotels around this area, our biggest concern was the cleaness of the hotels in this price ranges. Leslie was just right: super clean and just have everything for one night stay. We have nothing to comlain. In addition, I really would love to say one more thing. I was actually checked in by myself first before my wife's arrival. Although I cannot speak any Koreans at all, the young fellow at the check-in counter made my day with his beautiful ways of interacting with me. I have stayed in some hotels around this areas in the last seveal months, and he was the best receptionist among all others. He just exchanged simple English words with me in very natural smiles, and I knew l'd love this hotel. Nowadays, I've got a feeling that hotel receptionists are either just "too much" business like or rather careless. But this man was just right: well mannered but friendly and bright. I really would like this kind of man to be highly appreciated not only in the industry but in the society in general. Thank you for the pleasant moment and comfotable stay!!
