Location was close to airport limo, shopping and lots of food options.

Amazing hotel at the best location in Seoul. Walkable to different palaces, night shopping areas, right next to the Lotte department store. Rooms are nice, clean, and the technology is impressive. They even have 110V plugs (despite the country being 220V). I would stay here again in my next visit.

The hotel and restaurant inside were amazing, outdated furniture but very clean. Friendly staff and tasty food. Area around was great for shopping but dining options closed at random times outside hotel. Overall, great hotel would go back

Hotel attach to Lotte shopping centre and direct access to underground shopping and subway Easy to get around . Nice Italian restaurant . It’s perfect hotel to stay very happy

It was very convenient as Lotte Department and Duty free was next door .

Had a great stay at the Lotte hotel Seoul. Breakfast and dinner were great. The lotte shop and many other shops are located in the basement. Lots of shopping if thats in the plans.

So glad we stayed at the Lotte hotel in Seoul. So convenient to the subway and transportation, and there was a lot to do in the area. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it was fantastic every morning. Plus, there is a mall downstairs which has a food court and other shopping available.

It is a truly amazing place , the location was perfect and the staff was great ! I will stay at the Lotte again .

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent. It's easy to get an Uber or use public transportation, and it's so centrally located that you can walk to many places. We enjoyed the pool, especially since it's open through the evening. Two room service meals were tasty, although we wished there were more Korean dishes to try. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful, and we liked how they were always ready to give us a map and show us where to go for popular sites and also things like a Korean scrub or shampoo. One always felt welcomed and well-cared for entering and leaving the hotel. The bed was a tad soft for our taste, but we still slept well. The standard-size room, however, is quite small so working at the desk or relaxing in the chair wasn't very comfortable. We felt crowded in the room. If you can, opt for a bigger-sized room than the standard one. It will make your stay considerably more comfortable. Be a bit leery of the airport bus. There's a stop right in front of the hotel, so it certainly seemed convenient. Perhaps it was because there were protests in the city that day, but the bus arrived an hour late at the stop. This was stressful. Thankfully we had left early enough that we didn't have any trouble catching our flight.

Property was walking distance from shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
