Mondrian Seoul Itaewon

There is a construction site nearby. Noisy in the morning. The subway station is far away. Not a good choice if u want to take subway

Well located and good service. Room size is fine. Only a bit noisy in early morning from people returning to their rooms after partying at the hotel during my stay over the weekend.

An artistic hotel, 10-12 minutes walk to the subway, not much restaurant nearby.

Nice and chic hotel … only problem is a bit far away from Itaewon MTR station

Laundry service had delay in returning the clothes for 2 days.

No air condition is the worst thing

Great breakfast buffet with a range of western and local choices. The gym in the basement is pretty good and comprehensive so better than many. Our room faced the back and despite being on a high floor did not have much of a view. Rooms facing the front have a very good view, as we saw when one was being cleaned.

Will definitely be going back!

The hotel was very impressive. From the entrance you are welcomed by lovely staff, the hotel is wonderfully scented. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room was well decorated and spacious. The location was perfect, short walking distance from main street, shops, transport, etc.

엘리베이터 버튼의 접촉이 안 좋고 전혀 엘리베이터가 오지 않았어요….그리고 여자끼리 수박했는데 탈의실이 없어서 훤히 보여서 곤란했습니다. 샤워실이 구조가 좋지 않아 물이 화장실이나 세면장에까지 흘러 왔습니다.

Major issue booking page doesn’t note that pool is not open on first Tuesday of the month. Only notes after booking. This is disingenuous. Also, I was asked to pay for the pool and noted it was free for my booking and need to wait for them to confirm this.

I stayed at this hotel on my first ever visit to Korea and Seoul. The property has a terrific looking lobby and I am a huge fan of the design. However, I came to realize that this is more of a party hotel with a pool, poolside bar and other such amenities for Seoul dwellers that come here on staycations. There is also some weird lower floor with stores and such that looks like a mall or something? And I have no idea if it is even supposed to be part of the hotel. At any rate, this might not be the ideal property if you're here as a tourist exploring Seoul since it's a bit far from the subway stations and there's not much touristy in the area & the rooms are also quite small and for some reason the shower & bathroom door are semi-transparent - but on the whole, this is a solid 4/5 place to stay. The room was clean and in a very good condition. The breakfast buffet isn't the biggest but decent and the restaurant is nice looking.

조식은 아주 기본만 갖추고 그닥 특별함이 없으며 가족보단 커플 고객이나 파티 고객 위주의 운영이란 느낌이 강하게 드는 숙소 입니다. 편안하고 조용한 하루를 보내기 위한 Stay에는 아즌 부적합하며 특히 엘리베이터 시스템은 개선이 필요합니다

Amazing hotel with a beautiful restaurant and great staff I love it there. Definitely I will come back.

Literie impeccable, la chambre top, il y a une piscine interieure ou les enfants peuvent nager jusqu'a 20h et les adultes jusqu'a 22h (il faudra penser au bonnet de bain et je conseille Daiso si vous n'en avez pas) La piscine exterieure est joli avec son cote transparent et un mirroir amincissant (instagramable quoi) mais c'est cher je trouve 80kw (50e pp) Vraiment, le service etait top, que ce soit a la piscine interieure, a l'accueil (Merci Jenny) ou meme a l'arrivee a l'hotel avec une charmante et tres gentille dame Italienne.
