We were made to feel welcomed and everything in the hotel was very clean and convenient.

Very close to transit and a lot of tourists attractions.

Very comfortable and spacious room, hotel is very well located right in Insadong. It is nice to be able to walk to the Bukchon neighborhood and admire the pretty hanoks

Hotel exceeded my expectations. We brought our girls (ages 3 18 months) and everything was great. Easy access to the main street of Insadong and Jogyesa and all the other surrounding tourist hot spots. I have visited Insadong multiple times before, but never stayed at a hotel nearby and their location couldn't have been better. Hotel was incredibly clean and they have an excellent breakfast that had lots of options for our picky girls. Staff was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. Also a plus was their easy luggage storage system. We took advantage of it before check-in and even after checking out.

I would definitely stay at the nine tree again. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Very beautiful hotel that’s central to most things.

There is no refrigerator and the internet keeps disconnecting.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station so easy to get to from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as there are so many great options to tryin the area. It is close to main attractions so nice for walking and sightseeing.

Great location, close to Temple, Palace and Hanok village. Walkable to Myeondong.

Great place to stay for a first time in Seoul - convenient location, amazing to be opposite the temple, great sized room.

This is our favorite hotel to book when we come to Seoul. INSADONG is across the street and Jogyesu Temple is across the street the other way. You can walk to Ikseongdong or catch a taxi to Myeongdong, Lotte Department Store for less than 10,000 won unless there is traffic due to demonstrations that can be loud and lasts for half a day. The front desk employees are friendly and Vincent has the best smile. He wrote where we wanted to visit for the driver and called a taxi for us too. The AC is strong, the comforter is soft and cozy. The shower pressure was good. Since they adjoin a mall you can find things to eat there. Many new eaters dmdprung up since we last visited 4 months ago. The Line Store is there plus a on going craft fair.

Location was good just 5 min walking distance to Anguk station. Nearby to Gyeongbokgung Palace and many cafe.

The place is clean and very accessible to everything.

Was a pleasant stay, location was conveniently near the subway Auguk station which is just a walking distance the hotel. Walking distance to Dongdaemum,. Gyeongbokgung Palace, elegant Jogyesa Buddhist temple. Traditional markets include Dongmyo Flea Market, and Gwangjang, which sells street food like kimbap rice rolls. Nearby tented street stalls sell soju rice wine and snacks like spicy stir-fried seafood, while gay bars line Jongno 3-ga Road. One thing that is disappointed me is that on the day of arrival at the hotel, we check about leaving our luggage at the hotel when we travel to Busan. Counter in charge told us we can but on the day of checking out we get to know that we can only leave it at the hotel locker for 12 hrs. We travelling to Busan for 3 Days 2 Nights the 12 hrs locker is not enough for us. In the end we have to carry our bulky with us…. Sad.

Great location

I would stay here again. Insadong is my fave neighborhood in Seoul. The staff here are so helpful and the location is very central to everything.

Very comfortable, good location, walked to the palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, temples. Excellent luggage storage facilities.

Clean and comfortable but a little noisy due to the protesting outside

No air conditioning and it was very hot in the room

This property was safe and convenient to get around. It has access to all major transportation and also a lot of tourist attractions nearby.

Rooms were on the smaller size for a family of 3 (we eventually had to upgrade) but everything else was perfect. Rooms were clean and location makes it very convenient to walk around
