V good location, close to railway station. The hotel is connected to shopping mail, that's convenient to every age. Also the night market n restaurants are just in 200m. Honestly, the room was in average quality but very clean and the staff was nice n well communicate in English.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from shops and restaurants in the Suwon station area. However, the toilet is quite smelly and something needs to be done to get rid of the smell. Also, the walls have strange small black dots.

There were a lot of flies and mosquitos (both alive and dead) flying around in the room, especially in the toilet, sink and shower area. The room needs a major insecticide spray session..

地點優越，從仁川機場乘坐巴士可以直接到酒店門口，而且酒店有通道連接相鄰的購物商場。即使天氣不好仍能方便購物。而且美食街與酒店只有一條馬路之隔。總括來說就是方便。而且服務人員態度殷勤。

飯店環境很棒！櫃檯人員也很親切！ 周邊吃的逛的都很齊全～飯店地理位置真的非常方便 未來有機會再來水原會考慮入住首選！

當時上網看了好多家， 這家的大廳裝潢設計深深吸引了我。這裡的服務員服務態度很好，浴室裡的用品齊全，而且乾淨，地理位置動線良好，是我下次續住的第一選擇

Pros: great location , nice staff with fluent english, good breakfast, comfortable, reasonable price, environmental friendly policy Cons:desk and bathing area have visible,old stains. Mini bar was covered with dust! Yet these could be found in most of the hotels. Will suggest to friends!

The customer service was good and could communicate with English. The room was comfortable, but there was traffic noise at night. The breakfast buffet was great and yummy, with a variety of bread and pastry. The location was good and near to metro.

飯店地點靠在火車站地鐵站大商場旁邊非常方便，仁川機場巴士直達門口，相當方便。房間非常良好舒適設備好，有膠囊咖啡機免費提供優質咖啡～ 浴室用品很不錯。
