Orakai located has a good location in Insandong and in the walking distance to line 1, 3, 4 and 5 and has a rich bus line around, so it's easy to access most of any place in SEOUL. And is also in the 15 minutes around the palaces and the Bukchon Hanok Village and another one in Insandong.
The facility is also wonderful, the size is big enough for my 3ppl family and also has wash machine, microwave, oven and all the kitchen ware you need, it's like my second home in Seoul.

我是第四次選擇這酒店，因為房間的面積比明洞的大很多。有一房一廳，還有開放式廚房，用具齊全。房間很舒適，還有大浴缸。周邊有很多食肆，很方便！
不過在今次在我訂房後，我要求合共要4個枕頭，但回覆我不可以！真的很奇怪，這簡單的要求都話不可以！之後再聯絡～經我之前的體驗，枕頭很扁，使我感到很不舒適，影響我的睡眠質素！才回覆我可以另加兩個枕頭給我！
另外前枱有位小姐似是supervise，對於英文好像不懂！
還有今次的床褥好大問題！當我在床上感覺有鐵線的硬物！使我感到痛楚！

這間酒店的房間寬闊. 地點也算方便，步行大概15分鐘就會去到地鐵站。樓下更有各式各樣的餐廳，超市， （只是餐廳營業時間比較晚，如果想食早餐的話，只能到7-11買麵包)整體來講還算滿意下次嚟首爾還會住在呢度

The hotel condition is fine but the The female staff in the reception are terribly bad with poor attitudes. The male is rather helpful. When we asked for help in writing the place we wanted to go in Korean. Those females show very Impatient whereas the male helped us with good manner.
The pillows in the bedroom are too soft and we asked for additional pillows. They said there is no extra pillows provided. Only when we expressed if the pillows were too soft we couldn’t sleep then they reluctantly gave us the extra.
Other than this, the hotel is fine with good set up.
