服務好、地點好、風景超棒！設施也很好！

Stayed here several times before. The facilities are still up to par and well maintained, since my last visit in early 2019. However, the hotel is much easier and crowded than before. The pools are always full and the hotel service is not as so 5-star standard as before too - probably due to too good business!

地點很多，我們自駕泊車很方便！去週邊景點都很近 單人床真的有點細，我們住本館，設備也有點舊了，枕頭很軟不太好睡。 高分是給職員的，我們的車在停車場內爆軚了，向職員求助幫我們打電話，職員英文很好跟我們溝通沒問題，半小時內就解決了！Kim-MinJae Oppa~감사!사랑해

很棒的spa池，很舒服，服務很親切

除了位置近海邊之外，没有甚麽特別吸引我的，管理質素鬆散！

ホテルの方も皆さん親切で、お部屋もアップグレードしてくださり、とても気持ちよく利用させてもらいました。立地は抜群で、買い物に行くにもよし、ビーチを散歩するのもよし、プールやスパでのんびりもでき、とても良かったです！ 家族旅行の幼児２名連れですが、大満足でした。 しいて言えば、プールやスパが充実している分、洗濯室やせめて脱水ができる洗濯機の設置をお願いしたい… でもそれを除いても釜山に行くならリピート確定です◎ ありがとうございました！

Expensive and stuffy. The main pool was absolutely packed- I wouldn't even dream of getting in there. The beach is fine but the hotel doesn't even privide umbrellas and chairs- that's a separate service (no twoels avai;able either the hotel won't let you use theirs and the service doesn't have them So to use the beach you'd have to BUY beach towels which is silly). Food, meh. Rude waiters and desk people. Rooms dated and only ok for this price. We did like the hot tubs on the roof but that's about all.

정말 너무 행복한 여행이었어요! 친절함은 물론 호텔 안 모든 서비스가 다 만족스러웠어요! 부산 여행은 무조건 파라다이스!

I reserved a beachfront room, and the view was spectacular. The pool was very crowded, and there were no available chairs to sit on. They also have some kind of pool spa, but it requires an admission fee—which I thought was included with the hotel stay. (The package included access for two adults, but not for kids.) The proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants is great. I used the breakfast buffet, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However, after returning to my room after breakfast, I couldn’t get in. Long story short, they had deactivated my key card for “safety reasons,” which I didn’t understand. I had to wait in the hallway for 10 minutes after calling the front desk twice. By the way, the hallway has minimal air conditioning, so my two kids and I were sweating while we waited for someone to come unlock our door. If I visit Busan again next year, I’ll probably stay at a different hotel.

Great hotel for families! Right on the beach and with tons of restaurants and shopping options around the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Great service

호텔에서 냄새가 너무나요. 엘리베이터와 객실복도는 너무 심해요. 신관에 있었는데도 욕실이 관리가 안되어 있고 객실 바닥도 더러워요.

해운대 비치 뷰가 너무 좋았어요

I had an excellent stay at the Paradise Hotel Busan. The access to the beach, nearby markets, and massage parlors was fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the city and relax. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
