Our first trip to South Korea and it was almost ruined because of our bad experience with this hotel. On our first night we had to argue with hotel staffs to lower the temperature of the air-conditioners because we were feeling very warm and uncomfortable. At first we thought the air-conditioner was just not working properly but afterwards the hotel staffs admitted they purposely controlled all air-conditioners to be set at a specific temperature to save power and cost. They even had the audacity to ask us to open the windows and use an electric fan. Only after I asked for a full refund when they finally fixed the air-conditioner. On the other hand, the hotel is really just old and the rooms are very small. You could also hear the noise from outside and it was LOUD. There should be other better hotels in Myeong-dong. The breakfast situation is also bad. There are literally just 2 options for breakfast and among the 2, only 1 is edible. So you could just imagine eating the same food again and again for breakfast for your entire stay (we booked 8 nights). We gave up breakfast after just 2 days.

空間很大，地點超級方便，3分鐘已可以行到明洞站。

舊，但是乾淨整潔。床不行。

很喜歡住在這裡。因為環境交通購物都很方便, 因此每次來首爾玩，一定住明洞的這家飯店。

房間有問題，馬上主動幫我們換房間，服務佳

- 乾淨程度還可以, 沒有霉味, 地毯乾爽 , 沒有發現小蟲 - 房間裝修較舊, 燈光昏暗, 容易令人疑心生暗....... - 房內空調很有問題, 即使調到15度, 還是會半夜熱醒 / 出汗, 問過服務員, 他們說11月規定不能開空調, 如果覺得熱, 建議打開窗戶通風 / 向他們要座台風扇.....本人覺得晚上打開窗睡不安全, 所以沒有這樣做 總結: 位處明洞中心, 位置極好, 價格與質素成正比

晚上十點前會比較有聲音，不過不會影響早上睡眠，早上十一點前都不會有太大聲音 燈不能全開有點可惜，門口的燈是感應燈，只有開門才能開。 在hotel 下，直接有一間便利店十分方便。 附近的環境也比較熱鬧，晚上12點前都有大量美食 同時也有開24小時的餐廳，不怕肚子餓

地理位置很好，明洞站出來約3分鐘到，附近就是熱鬧的明洞逛街區， 服務人員很親切，住宿體驗很好

I stayed at Savoy Hotel for 4 nights.1st and 2nd nights in Room 812, there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, but it improved after we used air spray. There is a step to enter the washroom is quite high compared to Room 811, which might be difficult for elderly. Unfortunately, the main issue was the toilet clogged twice in one day after poo poo. The first time happened in the morning, but the engineer fixed it quickly after we reported it. However, it clogged again at midnight, but the engineer had already left for the day, we had to wait until morning and use a nearby cafe's toilet. We requested to change room, and the staff arranged quickly, bringing the key to our room within two hours. We didn’t put any tissue into the toilet, but I have no idea why it clogged twice in one day. In Room 811 (3rd and 4th nights) also a bad smell from the toilet. There were some used items left in the fridge that were not ours. The tap in the bathtub was broken, but it was repaired without us to report it. the wall light was broken. the hair dryer in Room 811 was new and had options for heat and cool settings. Overall, besides the issue with the clogged toilet in Room 812, the other problems were minor and did not affect our trip. Good location on the main street, easy to find and access various places. many coffee shops, restaurants, and fashion shops nearby, and it is close to the airport bus station and subway. It took about 10 mins walk to reach department stores.

這間酒店位於明洞鬧市中，出入交通、購食、飲食也很方便。我們慣常在明洞地鐵7號出口出閘，因有自動電梯，但亦要行動層樓梯。如果不想走樓梯，建議在1號出現出，因有升降機，十分方便。然後過對面馬路，再走回酒店也很方便。 由於地處鬧市手，所以晚上會聽到工作搬運貨的聲音。房間的隔音也差少少，不過還可接受。 然而，因為酒店的地理位置優越，所以我們下次也會選擇沙威酒店居住。

巳是第二次入住，房間很大，地點很方便。

地點方便

喜歡住宿安全，不會有太多閒人隨便出入，晚上都寧靜，購物方便，算係市中心，非常方便購物同飲食，種類繁多。走廊比較暗，燈光不足。廁所有少量漏水情況，但唔嚴重。

酒店位置一流，近地鐵站，又喺商圈中間，樓下就有便利店，又有自助洗衣乾衣，雖然只得各兩部機，有機會要排隊用。整潔度好一般，浴室抽氣好差，臨check out之前兩日執房連垃圾都唔倒。房係細啲，唔帶大篋的話都勉強夠用。

有中文的服務員，親切仔細，check in 的速度也很快，非常棒的體驗

在最熱鬧明洞商圈CP頗優，適合親子也適合走觀光區的旅客

方便

一落街就係明洞夜市，離地鐵站都只係一個街口，非常方便

距離明洞站出口很近，隔音不好但勉強還能接受，附近採購飲食機能都很方便。
