did a self check in. needed to talk to a person in the morning. no one was at the checkout...

Ultra modern, spacious excellent price but a bit hard to find entrance and staff limited English, but would definitely stay there again.

세면 시설 청소가 부족합니다

Staff was helpless with me! I arrived earlier and they didnt tell me how can i store my luggage. They just pointed out a place and let me do it by myself. I dont speak korean so i didnt know where to store my luggage as it wasnt in english as far as i remember. i had to take it with me, outside the building which made me have a bad experience

Bra leilighet, vanskelig å sjekke inn siden vi ikke fikk meldingen fra hotellet som vi trengte for å fullføre innsjekkingen. Hyggelig betjening.

The beds are comfortable for Korea standard. Apartments are small but kept clean.

생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고 뷰가 좋아서 좋았습니다. 나중에 또 놀러올 예정이에요

Great room. Clean and comfortable. Tough to find check in area. Room said penthouse with ocean view. It was on the 16th floor out of 32 floors and the ocean view was a small sliver of a view from a long distance away. This was misleading information.

WiFiの名前が室内の案内と異なっていたのでちょっと困りましたが、ホテル名のものを選んだらPWは合っており使えました(笑)

Best place for long term stay. Clean, Quiet, Subway....

This homestay is very comfortable and located in a quiet place, the air is fresh and clean, the room is neat and tidy, and the price is reasonable, so I am very satisfied.

송도에 볼 일이 자주 있을 때 집을 구하자니 아깝고, 호텔에 머무르기는 불편해서 싫을 때 자주 이용하는 오피스텔 형 숙소에요. 3층 로비에 가면 어반스테이, 랜드마크스테이, 노벰버스테이, 모두의 스테이였나? 다 모여있는데 방들은 다 거기서 거기에요. 그 방구조를 어떻게 꾸며놨느냐의 차이일 뿐인데, 랜드마크 스테이는 안에 구조가 잘 되어있고, 어반스테이는 비품이 편하게 구비되어 있는 반면 전체적으로 욕실 줄눈들이 노랗고 지저분해서 사용할 수록 별로이고, 노벰버의 경우는 평범하고 가성비가 좋은 대신에 관리하시는 아주머님들이 청소 할 공간은 많은데 시간이 없으셨는지 눈에 보이는 것들만 정리를 하고 나가신 방을 만나는 경우가 많아요. 그래서 가끔은 먼지가 쌓여있거나, 주방 벽면에 음식물이 튀어 있다거나, 화장실 나방같은게 돌아다니거나, 냄새가 난다거나, 바닥에 물티슈로 닦으면 그냥 닦이는 것들이 있다거나 하기도 하는데 그냥 이 오피스텔 형 숙소 네 군데가 가의 다 그래서 솔직히 별 차이들은 없어요. 딱 하나 노벰버는 체크인 기계가 따로 있어서 늦게 체크인을 해야 할 때 번거롭게 업체에 전화를 해야 할 필요가 없어서 그게 네 군데 중에 가장 편한 부분이에요.

2nd time here. We had the corner family suite this time in building A2206. This property had an automated machine this time for check ins. There is also a receptionist there as well. Many windows in our corner family suite of 2 bedrooms…. Too dirty to enjoy any of the views 👎 Tips: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. If driving park in the parking garage downstairs then give the machine/receptionist your license plate number. Otherwise you will be charged a fee to park Not much places to eat or visit around there. I see LOTS of delivery scooters delivering to the units. Most likely pizza/jajameon/fried chicken deliveries I’m assuming

The building was both convenient and high-quality. My unit was on the 35th floor, offering breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime views.

주변 스테이 대비 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았습니다. 다음 출장때 또 이용 예정입니다~

좋은뷰와 독립성이 뛰어나고 편안했습니다.

출장으로 묶게 되었는데 지하철 역도 가깝고, 시설도 청결하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다!!! 송도가게되면 또 숙박할 예정

가격대비 방 컨디션이 너무 좋고 주위 인프라가 너무 좋네요.
