Subject: Dissatisfaction with the Restaurant Service Dear Hotel Team, As loyal guests of your establishment for several years, we have always appreciated the quality of your welcome, the professionalism of your staff, and the excellence of your cuisine. However, during our most recent stay, we were deeply disappointed by the behavior of two restaurant waitresses, Merche and Yohanna. Their attitude was consistently cold, distant, and lacking in courtesy. They do not greet guests, ignore our salutations, and show a clear lack of availability and helpfulness. Such behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of your standing, and it unfortunately spoiled the atmosphere and enjoyment of our meals. It stands in stark contrast to the level of service we have always experienced in your establishment. We sincerely hope that these remarks will be taken into consideration and that a reminder of the basic standards of politeness and hospitality will be given to the two waitresses concerned. The rest of the staff, however, remains beyond reproach. We would like to emphasize that the quality and variety of the meals remain excellent, but it is regrettable that such poor service should undermine the overall experience. La chambre était très bien, le personnel très agréable et le buffet du petit déjeuné très bien seule bémol dès que je me levais du petit déjeuné pour me resservir ma table était vidée alors qu'elle n'était pas vide...

Un vestido en el armario y me lo ha robado el personal de limpieza . El Hotel no ayuda en nada , no saben nada . No repetiremos , mucho cuidado en este hotel.

El hotel no está mal pero no repetiría,el tema de hamacas es increíble colas de 30 personas para entrar a las 09:00 para reservar(ojo digo reservar)por qué tiran la toalla y se van y una familia como es mi caso de 3 personas en régimen de Todo incluido 2 días de 7 no pudimos acceder a la piscina,acerca de las normas no se cumple ninguna de las que indica el hotel,no sé controla nada,inflables inmensos ,se fuma cuando no se puede. Otro tema es las colas en las comidas y cenas dado que solo hay un servidor de alimentos,no como en otros hoteles que hay dos servidores por plato. Resaltó la amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel. Pero no repetiría.

The room was clean. The shower spray was difficult to remain in the area. No pool towel available at all.

Un accueil extrement désagréable. Le receptionniste mal aimable. Les lois en espagne sur les mineurs et la necessite d'une piece d'identité non précisé dans la réservation a bien faillit couter notre séjour. Petit dejeuner de qualité mediocre pour un 4*. Viennoiseries a peine cuite, pain industriel décongelé. Jus de fruit en poudre réhydratée.....Une salle extrement bruyante. Meme chez Formule 1 on dejeune mieux. Pas moyen de rechauffer la chambre quand le temps et droid et pluvieux. Pas de radiateur pour secher des vetements. ... Heureusement que la chambre et grande !

Good location with a possibility of finding parking which is not easy in Salou. Could improve on the cleanliness of the room and walls in the main areas. This is after a 4* after all. Air conditioning could also be improved to be more effective in the rooms. Smoking should not be allowed in the balconies as well as we couldn’t open the windows. But overall nice stay in Salou

The Hotel is not 4 star worthy. The only "good" thing is the pool and the night receptionist. He and the mechanic, who came 100 times to fix our lock whom had an error Were few of the people who were friendly. Furthermore, The babycrib sheet of my baby was taken from the crib, even though I insisted that they shouldnt clean it since it was ours. Furthermore, the girl at the receptionist was far from helpful (blond hair). The shower was broken, was fixed later. The fridge wasnt working, was replaced later. The bed sheets all of them have stains eventhough they are cleaned. Regina hotel is a hotel if u want cheap services for the cheap price u pay. That was our mistake, we learned it the hard way.

Hotellet var greit nok, rommet romslig med grei balkong. Fint uteområde. God mat. Betjeningen var ikke imøtekomme, hjelpsomme eller hyggelig

Mal y encima en recepción nos tomaron el pelo, por qué no estaba echa la habitación y subieron a hacerla después de decirlo y lo que hicieron fue hacer la cama y mal, para ser un 4 estrellas poco servicio y mal En recepción mal trato a los clientes y encima hablando en catalán lamentable

El cuarto de baño se salía el agua de la ducha por todas partes deberían de mirarlo el resto del alojamiento genial repetiremos sin duda alguna .
