Hotel have very good looking from outside. Hotel room is basic with no view even there is very good view outside. Furthermore, the sauna /steam room is closed. Its really disappointed us because we chose this hotel for the reason of it sauna after our long driving journey fr Porto to reach Salamance.

Lovely room, lovely setting and location, lovely staff, particularly the young lady who checked me out (sorry, didn’t get her name). And an ABSOLUTE bargain at the price. Felt a little more five star than four! No negatives- would 100% stay again!

A lovely room with oversight of the cathedral. A large comfortable and very well equipped room.

Parking petit et peu pratique

Good location. Parking available. Comfortable bed . Good bathroom. Clean. Breakfast NA. Could be improved with tea and coffee in the rooms and staff who are more engaging.

Gym was good and room was large and clean. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

L’hôtel est bien placé et dispose d’un parking Pour nous c’est le seul point positif Les lits dans la chambre était double avec des roulettes Les lits ne restait pas en place Le petit déjeuner , à part le jus d’orange qui est très bon , les croissants gras , le pain sec Pas terrible La chambre 316 offre une très belle vue sur Salamanque

Todo bien.. bien ubicado y céntrico en el casco histórico de Salamanca

Hôtel très bien placé, le personnel est très sympa et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très complet également. Je recommande sans problème.

Bien, todo pintaba genial. Habitaciones incluso con zona vestidor y puerta adicional a la habitación desde pasillo. Vistas y ubicación inmejorables...pero el silencio en las habitaciones y tranquilidad para descansar ha sido decepcionante. Hemos estado en ultima planta y no ha sido la experiencia que presumiamos previo a visitar el hotel. La 1ªnoche, por error de recepción desatendieron nuestra peticion de habitaciones tranquilas:nos dieron en ultima planta, si...pero bajo el Gimnasio y Spa, y ademas con obras de mantenimiento en cubierta, pero lo peor: todos los equipos de aire acondicionado cerca de las ventanas. Noche horrible. Cambiamos habitaciones, y la 2ª noche notamos que definitivamente la insonorizacion deja mucho que desear. Una lastima porque esta muy bien ubicado, habitaciones espaciosas y con unas vistas fantasticas. Pero insisto: 2 noches, 2 habitaciones y la familia nos ha costado conciciliar sueño en ambas. Se escucha portazos de habitaciones adyacentes o incluso lejos en pasillo y desde luego muchisimo los huespedes de habitaciones anexas no por ruidosos, sino que a la minima se escucha todo. Sintiendolo enormente. Una pena. No repetiremos.

Nous avons passé une belle nuit dans cette hôtel 4*! Chambre triple confortable et super bien insonorisé! Parfait pour se reposer d’un long voyage et repartir le lendemain. Points négatifs : Parking payant et pas devant l’hôtel, il faut donc décharger les bagages avant! Les horaires d’arrivées sont tardives, nous sommes arrivées à 14h et avons dû attendre 16h pour obtenir notre chambre! vue de la chambre affreuse qui donne sur les tuyaux en fer métallisé de l’hôtel.

Extraordinario hotel para parada en Salamanca, muy buena ubicacion walking distance del centro historico, estacionamiento para el auto, staff muy amable, muy buena habitacion. Lo recomiendo 100%.
