I stayed there for 9 days. It was a great location to be in. Everything was in walking distance. I was a bit apprehensive about the contact less entry but it worked very well. The Royal palace, Opera metro station are few minutes walk only.

整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间
不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了；
酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫；
无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店

O quarto não estava nas melhores condições de higiene e o cheiro das roupas de cama, do quarto em si, estava super forte.
O banheiro estava com o lixo completamente cheio, só foi trocado 1x por dia e também tinha um cheiro ruim forte.
O check-in não é difícil mas é totalmente virtual, não vimos ninguém durante toda estadia.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement. De plus, j’ai trouvé la clé virtuelle très pratique pour accéder à la chambre. Le lit était très confortable et il ne manquait de rien. Salle de bain privée convenable pour nos besoins. Nous avons aimé Madrid. Si vous utilisez la chambre seulement pour dormir et vous rafraîchir, je vous recommande l’endroit.

We booked for five days and couldn’t stay not even one . False advertisement. They don’t have any private bathrooms as stated for extra cost and upgrade and they don’t have any rooms on the first floor and no elevator or ramp for handicap people or even to take up all your luggage’s definitely not a suite . It’s awful and the air doesn’t work .

It is a very good option value for your money! Good area, walkable, safe, supermarket and dining options nearby! The only nuance is that there is no lift so if you bring a big bag you will need to carry it on up to your room.

You do everything online and it is not easy at all. When there is a problem with the system, it is not possible to open the door. We preferred a room for 3 people but there were 2 beds and 1 sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. Everything is very old. The air conditioning was not working.

Once we figured out how to use the self check in system, which was a tad annoying, the rest of the stay was great. It is true the walls are thin, but we didn't have obnoxious neighbours and that was advertised. The location is great, the room was cute and it had everything we needed for a good price. Would recommend.
