Hotel céntrico y agradable. El personal es excelente.

I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a distinct unpleasant smell throughout the property. The place felt old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious renovations. The location didn’t help either, it’s in a run-down area surrounded by numerous Thai massage parlors, right on a busy intersection where traffic noise was constant day and night. The WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay, and when I asked the staff for help, they were rude and dismissive. In fact, the staff’s general attitude was unwelcoming, and they offered no useful assistance, not even with basic local recommendations. Overall, this was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had between the smell, the noise, the poor service, and the outdated facilities, I regretted booking here. Shocked that this is a Marriot.

Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, service and helpfulness of all staff (lounge/dining, housekeeping, front desk). Great location walking distance to many restaurants, sights, bus transport, etc.

Im Zimmer ließ sich die Balkontür nicht schließen, egal in welcher Griffstellung.Merkrürdig finde ich es auch das ich auf den Toiletten keine Toiletten befinden.Hygenebeutel auf dem Zimmer nur nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt wurden Zimmer nur

Very nice property. Expedia has the wrong address in, so it took us some time to find it. But we found it by just typing in the hotel name instead of the address

Överlag så blev det en negativ kvalitetsupplevelse i relation till pris och förväntningar. Obekväma sängar, badrum som inte upplevs privat pga ej tättslutande glasdörr och en frukost som är medioker och inte matchar det pris man tar.

Very good location, clean, friendly and polite staff

I would’ve marked my overall rating a lot higher but I was misled by the staff on the building parking. The cost was never discussed and I was under the impression that it was going to be free. When i checked out i was charged $30 EUR a night for parking when there was free street parking thay I would’ve been completely fine with. The interaction rubbed me the wrong way and lack of transparency doesnt feel great.

This hotel is in a great location however, the rooms are very dated and small beds are not very comfortable. Main area is renovated, but not rooms

**Review:** Disappointing stay. The staff was unclear about extra bed charges, and the parking lot was full, forcing us to park on the street where our car window was broken. The area felt unsafe, and the poor treatment at checkout only made things worse. Wouldn't recommend.

Todo ha sido excelente, desde la habitación, la ubicación, limpieza, comodidad. Nos ha encantado el desayuno, variedad y buena calidad. Había leído otras reseñas donde se quejaban del ruido pero si bien se escucha algo de desde el exterior, nos pareció totalmente normal, y no nos efectó a la hora de descansar. La atención del personal ha sido excelente. Han sido muy simpáticos y serviciales, especialmente la señora de la cafetería, María. Estamos encantadas de haber estado en ese hotel.
