Hemos estado muy a gusto. La habitación es amplia y muy bonita, muy limpia. El personal es amable. Ofrecen una botella de agua por huésped diaria, y café y pastas durante las horas de desayuno sin coste. El parking privado tiene un precio asequible. La ubicación es excelente para asistir a eventos de la Fira y tiene un centro comercial muy conveniente justo en frente. Nos ha encantado.

the location of the hotel was not close to the city center, about half hour from city center to hotel if you take Metro. I had a few days there and had two times woke up by the noise of the housekeeping staff when they tried to tidy up the next room while closing the window. The big noise just liked a construction project was going on next to my room. Also my boyfriend and I both felt very annoying when the staff walking outside at the corridor in the morning with heels when they walked on wooden floor.

Close to the airport. Overall speaking it is acceptable esp if you need to go to the airport very early in the morning. Close to Grand Via 2 mall, you can get everything you need in there.

Very courteous staff. Room was comfortable and nice. Only complaint was it was cold, even when we changed the thermostat. We requested an extra blanket, which was brought promptly. I packed it all.

Great location, amazing breakfast, and highly convenient. However, room cleaning service was not good as no change the towels, roll papers, and complementary water before request. I Request every night to hotel front team at 6 pm, and out of the hotel at night during their preparation the rooms around an hour. But staffs are very kind for me and my wife. It is real mystery.
