Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. The next day, we got the room changed. We did not have the problem of the noise. However, the bed is another issue. The bed is not fixed, the rollers of bed can slightly move If you want to turn around on the bed. I never have this problem with any other 4 star hotels! Breakfast from montag to friday is only till 10:00 and there were barely warm meal but still good.

Breakfast was superb and constantly renewed. The rooms were smallish but probably consistent with europe. The bathroom was dire. Felt like a 70’s hangover. The shower didn't work at all and the available room to get in and out of the bath tub was bordering on a potential accident or injury. Bathroom trim was old and worn. The glass frosted door to the bathroom offered little privacy. Club sandwich in the bar was very good. We never did find the restaurant available for evening meals. Food available in the streets nearby. Launderette available just around the corner and 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very good English.

Très bon accueil, nous sommes arrivés en matinée et malgré tout nous avons pu profiter de la chambre. Petit déjeuner au top, du choix et capuccino au top. Très bien placé, à mi chemin ville et plage, bus au pied de l'hôtel et d'excellents restaurants autour et le corte ingles.

Excellent séjour à l’AC Hotel Valencia! Le personnel est professionnel et attentionné, la chambre impeccable et très confortable. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche des attractions principales et des transports. Propreté irréprochable

Pleasant surprise in Valencia!, great location, wonderful staff, easy access to beaches, shopping and historic sites. Safe, clean accommodations, lovely breakfast We will definitely return in the future.

Great service & friendly helpful team. Had free-weights up to 20kg in gym which was good.
