Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. The next day, we got the room changed. We did not have the problem of the noise. However, the bed is another issue. The bed is not fixed, the rollers of bed can slightly move If you want to turn around on the bed. I never have this problem with any other 4 star hotels! Breakfast from montag to friday is only till 10:00 and there were barely warm meal but still good.

Overall Average hotel with good location

Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was very hard, extremely basic and cheap again not what you associate with AC Marriott and a good night's sleep. The WC in the lobby: the bin was not opening and full of tampons coming out of it, it was so disgusting. Very disappointed in Marriott Guest hallways have been updated and the bedroom is fine too. But really, such basic things like a good mattress and a shower should be a standard for the brand.

Breakfast is perfect. And the service around the hotel is perfect

Bathroom needs bath mat and more handicap rails.

Good location, near the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are basic and in need of maintenance; the mattress was completely saggy, and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast is good. They advertise a gym on the 10th floor, but the key card doesn't allow you to select that floor. Parking is for small cars and costs 18 Euros per night. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel. As a Hotels Platinum member you don't receive nothing.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel, a bit far from the city center to walk but close to some great sites like oceanographic site.

Mooi ruim appartement met lekkere bedden. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder is de locatie top als je graag dichtbij het strand en bij club MYA wil zitten. Zeker een aanrader dus.

Si todo perfecto

Leider ein sehr kleines Doppelbett für 2 Personen, daher ein Punkteabzug. Es gab aber ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, sogar mit frischgepresseten Säften, Lachs, Brotvariationen,Brötchen, Nachspeisen, Obst, Müsli und vieles mehr, alles immer frisch und es wurde immer nachgelegt bis zum Fühstücksende.

The staff was very helpful and professional but the shower and bathroom was not clean.

It’s was perfect!! And the best location ever.

Breakfast was superb and constantly renewed. The rooms were smallish but probably consistent with europe. The bathroom was dire. Felt like a 70’s hangover. The shower didn't work at all and the available room to get in and out of the bath tub was bordering on a potential accident or injury. Bathroom trim was old and worn. The glass frosted door to the bathroom offered little privacy. Club sandwich in the bar was very good. We never did find the restaurant available for evening meals. Food available in the streets nearby. Launderette available just around the corner and 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very good English.
