阿卡西套房酒店

冇得洗衫！太暗！洗頭水和沐浴露唔得！

酒店位置离景点有点远，但是相对安静，公共区域装修还行，但是房间不行。四人间其实是两人间隔断的，卧室外是沙发床。卫生间洗澡，水容易溅到外面。总体觉得评不上四星，三星吧。停车收费，车库有点小，略考验车技。

空間超大，超舒適，地點也超好，附近一堆餐廳超商，離地鐵站超近，走路不用五分鐘就到

Helpful service, nice location for transportation both metro and bus. Restaurants and grocery stores are around the hotel, 5~10 minutes walk to reach supermarket. It's pity that no laundry machine in hotel, but they can provide laundry service for you. Bathtub slide door is not big enough to perfectly avoid water. So the floor will be slippery after shower.

Loved the property and ability to cook our own meals with the fridge, cook top and microwave. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

It was a good experience place was very clean

Normal hotel more like 3 stars, with hidden charges and bad comunication. We reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids and they charged us with an extra hoat ib theblast minute, a verybexpensive extrahost. They didnt care about our opinikns. Also wenhad to continually ask for kitchen stuff. Mybwofe to a coffe in the lobby, which looked like a receptikn coffe and they crahed us fornthe cofee!!!! No worth the price and beware of hidden charges.

We had to book late for this trip. The front desk person was so lovely and accommodating! The space was perfect for us.

We had a nice stay at Acacia. It is in a less touristy neighborhood but just a block from the Metro so it was convenient to get around. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurants in the area were patronized by locals and very authentic. Our favorite was O Retornino. There's a small kitchen but you need to ask for a kettle and there was only an Spanish coffee maker that we did not know how to use. Also the shower was part of a tub enclosure and was difficult to step in and out of. Overall we had a nice 2 day stay.

Property is in desperate need of renovation it’s old and reminds me of hotels in the 80s in Spain. On arrival I was told coffee is available in lobby so the next morning down I come as there’s NO Tea and coffe in apartment which I find bizarre for a so called 4* rated, only to find no capsules for the machine when I enquired was informed €1 for a capsule. I have stayed in many 4* properties and this is not.

El personal de la recepción no fue muy amable y no recibimos ninguna comunicación sobre el hotel ni sus alrededores. No volvería a hospedarme en el Acacia Suites Hotel.

Hardest bed we ever slept on. They wouldn’t give us extra pillows or blankets.

The apartment was a good size for the two of us but would be cramped if another person was using the sofa bed. Exceptionally clean and serviced each day. All staff were friendly especially Jasmine the receptionist. Our apartment was at the back so a bit dark but cool. The pool was more of a plunge pool but great to cool off on the roof terrace. Very central, metro few yards up from the apartment, great cafes and an Aldi just up the road. We walked to all the major sights as directed by Jasmin who provided a street map and circled all the main attractions. Great service, really helpful and welcoming staff team. The only downside was the roof terrace didn’t open till 10.30, would have been nice to go up early morning for a dip in the pool to start the day
