晚上到達 辦理手續快速，房間整潔，早餐服務員態度非常好。 唯獨是，入住五晚，酒店只提供第一晚飲用水兩支，拒絕補充，非常失望！

部屋も清潔で大きく、バスタブもあり、とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。また再訪したいです。ありがとうございました。

Nice enough hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom, which is just not acceptable in a 4 star hotel in a major city like Barcelona. The staff were very casual when I reported it and even suggested I had left a window open (I hadn't and the bathroom is at the opposite end of the room from the windows). I also thought it was a bit cheeky to be told I wasn't charged for a mere 1 hour late checkout because of the cockroach. It really tainted the stay as I was constantly checking the room for more cockroaches. One disappointment with the suite itself is that the sitting room was tiny with only a chair for one. Not really worth it. The room was otherwise comfortable and on the plus side the hot tub and shower with bodyjets were awesome. Breakfast was really good as was the restaurant.

The spa was a perfect antidote for throbbing feet and aching body after a day of walking. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We had our best meals in the restaurants around the hotel. Public transportation is easily accessible and main attractions are walkable. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a glorious stay!

Had one bad night due to noisy guests in next room. But night clerk took care of it quickly and effectively. Pool deck in rough shape. But understandable as we were informed that the whole place will be getting a re-fit in the winter. Otherwise, would stay here again. Steve from Canada

Facile d'acces en metro

Hôtel pas top pas d’âme , parking voiture très étroit impossible de bouger une voiture sans accrocher un poteau. Chambre pas terrible pour le prix mais literie super top

Loved the hotel and the staff were great, especially Mirella, but the beds were too old.

only negative part is aging plumbing.

In a great location especially if you're looking for LGBTQ friendly area. It's nice because they have a 24hr gym and they have a pool with poolside service. The food and drinks are also very good.
