This was a very central hotel, very friendly polite staff and overall a wonderful stay

Fine hotel, but nothing special given the very high price. The location is terrific, very central and easy to get around. The rooms are extremely small. Status benefits through Expedia weren’t honoured. Asked for both the room upgrade and late check out and was told no. Was disappointing.

Hotel remodelado , limpio pero con un espacio extremadamente reducido; no caben 2 maletas en el lugar para ponerlas. La indicación dice con piscina , pero es pequeñísima para la cantidad de gente q había y además en el atardecer hubo una fiesta privada en ella por lo tanto no la pudimos ocupar. Es un hotel pensado para jóvenes

Ok hotel for ok price

Hotel staff quite rude. Overpriced. AC didn't work the first night there, no acknowledgement by the staff. Very small room. Breakfast was good but otherwise definitely not worth the stay.

We had a completely fine stay, but I don’t think this hotel merits the high scores it has on the Hotels.com app. While the breakfast and common spaces were nice overall, we were appalled by how illogical the room design was. Why does the shower exit out into the main bedroom? And why are the bathroom walls glass? Every time my partner would get up in the night to use the bathroom the whole room was blasted with bright light. And when you shower there’s no way not to track water into the bedroom area. This is a problem because the rooms are so incredibly small. I ignored this aspect of other reviews but it actually made our 3-night stay really uncomfortable. I was also really disappointed to see that the bed dressings had been greatly simplified; we only had two pillows and a simple duvet—not the nice pillows and blankets pictures. It was clean and conveniently located and the common areas were nice, but I can’t help but think there’s better value for your money in Madrid.

The room with the "patio" is not worth it. It is above the bar/restaurant area and is neither private nor quiet. Rooms are very small but price is reasonable

Een heel leuk modern hotel in een trendy wijk en op loopafstand van veel musea en zo.

Estive no hotel em abril/2025, local novo com uma decoração bem moderna, banheiros espetaculares, chuveiro ótimo, cama confortável e nova, quartos limpos, excelentes instalações, o bar no hotel bem agradável, café da manhã igualmente bom, a localização é perfeita, podendo ir a pé para todos os pontos impostantes da cidade. Um especial agradecimento a equipe do hotel, durante o apagão do dia 28 foi meu aniversário, quando a equipe do hotel descobriu fizeram uma surpresa para mim, com bolo e um pequeno brinde, inclusive cantaram parabéns, foi um gesto especial em meio ao caos que estava a cidade, quando descobriram que não estávamos conseguindo comprar comida eles nos ajudaram liberando o que havia na cozinha para os hóspedes. Voltaria com certeza.

Bom custo beneficio ,próximo a Gran Via ,quarto pequeno ,bom café manhã.

La habitación es sumamente pequeña, lo que no la hace apta para hospedarse en pareja.

Mooie kamer. Gezien de reviews verwachtte ik een hele kleine kamer. Maar het was best groot en praktisch ingericht. Mooie opbergruimte. De kamer was geluiddicht met airco. De rooftop met zwembad was heerlijk. Het hotel ligt heel centraal en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Me encanto! Diferente, muy comodo super serviciales amables y atentos. Hay desayuno incluido muy bueno.
